I’m really happy with the feedback so far. There’s a lot more going on with this comic than meets the eye. The cabin-cum-closet RedAuthar pointed out is made to resemble a confessional, and Bunnie’s pose suggests she’s praying for what happens next. There’s a religious theme that purveys this story, which is further emphasized by the halo effect created by the light in the fourth panel. The seam on Bunnie’s metal arm, which is normally closer to her wrist, was moved further up to divide her reflection, symbolising her two halves. Reflections are another important motif in this comic, and I’ll explain more about it as the story progresses. These elements were my own device to flesh out the story with visual cues, but I guess some of the changes to the script scandalized Jim Doe, which is why he left. Anyway, keep an eye on the comments for further commentary on the underlying themes I used to adapt Jim’s script in comic form.

Off-topic, are there any plans to include a deeper Robotnik’s backstory in this comic? I’ve read a rumor about what it would have been revealed about ol’ Ivo in season 3 (but I don’t know if it’s true) and I didn’t like it. One of the few things I like about Archie continuity is how the history of Earth and Mobius connect, and Robotnik’s story with all the Overlander stuff.
