Only Sally said she died. And we haven’t seen either Uncle Chuck or what he did that got him knighted. It’s possible that Robotnik could’ve discovered Chuck by this point. Maybe Nicole lasts long enough after giving birth for her to get roboticized, and then hidden away when she’s non-responsive, while Chuck gets knighted because he technically saved the Queen’s life.

I’m really curious about what the Queen is going to do now. I agree with DarkLink1996: what if she is the first person to be Roboticized?

I had a thought: back in “Blast to the Past” Uncle Chuck said he canned the roboticizer because of its effects on the test subjects. Chances are, these subjects near death in one way or another…
