Of course I meant Sally had no memories. Metal Sonic of course had the memories. In his case, it was just a matter of an incomplete heroic personality, which did eventually pop up with time.

Metal Sonic isn’t Sat-AM, however.

As a curious response to Furious Finch, I would like to point out that Robotnik already tried such a procedure…almost. He tried making not only Metal Sonic, but also the fake Sally in Sat-AM. Though this isn’t the exact process you discribed, it’s still an attempt to duplicate and individual, but with evil influences. In both instances though, it’s never a complete transfer. It doesn’t seem like memories is a thing you can duplicate with current technology, as fake Sally clearly showed by not even able to remember the funny kiss.

If you can however duplicate memories, I would like to go even further in saying those same machines can also unrobotize. So in theory…could you duplicate a bio being with technology based on the robotizer?

So I was wondering something in the shower tonight. About robians…
They’re fully machines, right? Their personalities as living organisms are replicated with coding and technology? Does that mean that every single mobian can, feasibly, be replicated as a machine provided the coding and wiring is spot on?

Furthermore, could a robian be transferred to a different platform by ‘cutting and pasting’ all their data onto it?
