As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.
Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.
No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

Heroes of Arcadia, his mass crossover series. I know of it, its... okay but I am not a fan of crossovers, sure the occasional one is fine but he has too much crossing over IMHO. Also its a self insert story... I generally look down on such fics because they usually overglorify the person writing them. Dont get me wrong some self insert stuff is good and I have done a few self insert fics but I usually try to play down the role if its a fanfiction. In an original story its more acceptable as its your characters you are dealing with, but when most self insert it often borarders on Mary Sue/Gary Stu territory. No offence GMA BTW
Actually, I think something else that's contributed to the popularity of the series has been all the references to classic TV and Americana. I've seen scenes where there have been references to everything from Benny Hill to I Love Lucy to The Big Lebowski. There's even been one scene where Pinkie Pie has acted in a way which would have made Bugs Bunny proud.
I'm guessing it appeals to all ages of people by shouting out to these references.
