Well, got a busy day tomorrow. I'm gonna take video and pix of me, my fam and my friend's fam opening presents in the morning and if i have time tomorrow night i'll post them. In case i haven't shared you guys the 411, i live at my friend's house and my brother does too,  but thank God me and my fam gonna move to an apartment in a month or two.

Hahaha yep Jesus is the reason for the season...   unfortunately my friend's 6-year old daughter believes in Santa so me and Aaliyah have to play along and say something like "OMG look what Santa brought me!"   LOL. Well, gotta go, goodnight everyone!

 

LOL just wanted to start off my morning with one of my fave Robin Williams quotes, FUS style of course haha. Anyway, yesterday was my 1st day as an official employee at my job. And as an official employee, i get to be a cashier, which i haven't been one since '06!   And i was real nervous cause not only was i responsible for that register, but let's say the cameras in the store are linked up to main headquarters so the "big guys" can see what's going on in real-time.   Not to mention there's those fuckin' "secret shoppers"  hired to snoop on us. So far my boss told me i did great for my 1st day,   i'm getting used to their system haha. Thank God it's not like Home Depot,   ugh! Home Depot was too complex!

 

Anyway, i'm gonna hang out for a bit then i gotta go to work at 3pm (PT). I closed the store yesterday and i'm gonna do it again today haha.   Must be cause i have experience in closing stores i guess. 

 

LOL i remember that episode! I loved watching that when i was a teenager, seeing it on TeenNick now brings back memories

 

Fans of Gargoyles might appreciate this. With the newest DVD, Disney did a real shitty job with it. Complete stock flat looking art with the ugly yellow border. I took some better art, and redid the front and back to make it look more proper.

Wow, your fan fiction and creative writing skills are amazing Prince By Tor! Love how you put in so much detail and described environments and emotions to where readers would get hooked and feel for the characters. And i love the spiritual faith and forgiveness you included as well.

 

I started a sonic fan fiction with some involvement in spiritual faith too, i just haven't posted it on here yet. I've been working on it for a few months and have it saved on my MS Word, as soon as i have the first few chapters finished I'll just copy and paste here in the forum. Then i'll add more as I go, depending if i have the extra time or not.   I can't wait til you add more to your story, you got me hooked on it.

Thank you Prince for the encouragement. Yeah, i prayed and prayed that God give me a steady job without all the temp or short-term crap. And if this results in a permanent full-time position i'm gonna really praise His name!

 

 

 I start Family Dollar this Tuesday, went there 3 days ago to electronically do my W-4s and stuff. I'll be one of many who help stock and organize the inventory and all that. Then in 10 days or maybe sooner i'll find out if i become a permanent employee. To prove them that i'm worthy of their company, i gotta work hard, and in my case focus LOL cause i have ADD and   it's fuckin' annoying! I get side-tracked and lose focus many times. Sometimes i even quote Sonic and say:

 Anyway, i got 4 days to prep and motivate myself, cause i'm gonna be doing alot of physical work there. And if i get the permanent position, bye bye to the sign job i'm currently doing haha. I already gave the employer a heads up just in case haha. Anyway, i'll be on for a little bit then i'm out

Just about anything Antoine says is worth mentioning.  While he can be really annoying at times, he is usually pretty funny.  The same cannot be said for Dulcy.

 

After hearing Dulcy, one has to wonder: did she ever clean her bloody room?!

 

My biggest Problem with Dulcy was the fact that in the Episode Game Guy, She freezes Robotnik solid.  Arguably even if they wanted to save Sonic, wouldn't all she'd have to do is that same attack and bam, Reign of Robotnik over?  She was way overpowered than she needed to be. 

 

 

Same here, although for me, I look at her as an unnecessary character that took away screen time from other characters, especially Bunny.

 

I agree with all of you,   Dulcy is last on my list, i don't even reference her lines. She always says "i'm coming home ma," or "i'll clean my room later ma"...always made lines ending with "Ma" that weren't even funny. I feel she was unnecessary too, except she was good for transporting a couple of freedom fighters around. And yes, i've noticed that in Season 2 Dulcy got WAY more screen time than Bunnie. I would understand if there was a good reason why Dulcy had the screentime, like being better introduced into the second season with an action scene, or becoming more active in freedom fighter missions.   But all she was was a comical burden, it seemed like Dulcy would underestimate herself therefore her powers weren't effective like they shoulda been. I mean, she develops fire breathing abilities, and instead of flying and frying robotnik she disintegrates a measly antenna off a hovercraft?   Way underestimated

 

Heh.  I use "Way -past- cool!" a lot and "Let's do it to it." occassionally IRL.

So do i, usually whenever i'm in the moment. Like whenever i have to do business errands, saying "Let's do it to it" motivates me to get ready. ;-)

Wow...now it's become a debate topic smh. Not offending anyone on here or pointing fingers, but i say every1 should just drop the subject altogether and leave Shadow be. This all apparently started because Shadow put up someone's SonTail artwork that was based on a fan fiction. This is like a snowball rollin down the hill. And yes, every1's entitled to their own opinion about the matter, like Uncle Ben enforcing his strong opinion against it. But i feel there's no need for this to be a debate, it's petty. So i'm not gonna say no more about it, i said what i had to say. I still have luv for all you ppl though
