@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

We all love satAM for varying reasons- teh dark atmosphere, cool story lines, sally, the struggle between good and evil, awesome animation, sally, justifiable immaturity... oh, did i mention sally?

I digress. satAM had some genuinely hilarious moments that were well paced and well placed. a few of my faves:

obviously, the "MARGERINE!" scene. (to this day i am unable to hand anyone any form of butter without screaming snively style.)

Sonic asks to drive the freedom stormer- Antoine's shriek is priceless.

Antoine singing in french. (frenchies are endlessly amusing!)

brainwashed snively

feel free to share your favorite satAM belly laugh!

ah, yes, butter!..
MARGERINE!!!
funniest moment, easily
although i did find it pretty funny in "heads or tails" when sonic is talking to rotor and his arms are flailing like crazy for no apparent reason

"What color is my heart, Sinvely?"
"I don't see a heart, sir."
"Exactly!"

That's a good one.

Of course, the one where Sonic threatens to rip out the computer's electronic brain if it didn't believe he was Robotnik was funny. The margerine scene was pretty good doo, I actually laughed out loud when I saw that again for the first time in ages.

Oh man.

So many conspiracy theories and elaborate back stories to weave out of that one line.

Two of the funniest SatAM moments in my opinion are the infamous "Nastier than a one-eyed snake" line and the part in "Ultra Sonic" where Rotor tries to de-activate a control robot but ends up attacking him; I think that part is funny because the robot's blaster comes out of its groin, nuff' said.

The margarine scene is epic xD

I do also laugh at the scene in "Warp Sonic" when Sonic and Antoine tries to impress Sally with their poems. Sonics poem is really funny and the way Antoine is expressing the word "poem" is hillarious!

"Sonic, you were really great today"
"Thanks Sal, what about yesterday?"
"What about it?"
"Wasn't I great yesterday too?"
"so so"
"so so?"
"is there an echo?"
"well what about the day before yesterday..."

Sonic and Sally's banter was so good for the show. Almost always very authentic sounding and never devolved into overly-quippy one liners that plague so many comics and other cartoons.

Very true. I always felt that their fighting was really a fight between Logic and Rashness. But a good and funny thing to see.

Since the obvious stuff has already been mentioned, I'd like to nominate a brief moment in Spyhog when Snively is playing around in Robotnik's chair. Nothing big happens - Snively just hums to himself while swivelling the chair side-to-side, Robotnik enters and they get on with the plot - but it's so random and in-character that it gets me every time.

...what?

Oh gosh, Sniv is so amused by that chair. I love that part ;D
In the same episode, for some reason... I love this:
Robotnik: Are you on schedule with the fuel tankers?
Sniv: A tad ahead, sir.
Robotnik: How MUCH of a tad, Snively?
Sniv: Um...three minutes, sir.
Robotnik: Three whole minutes, well, whatever would I do without you?
Robotnik is SOO snarky and mean in that moment that it makes me giggle everytime

I also love in 'Cry of the Wolf' the 'Send me your survellaince tapes NOOOW!' scene where Sniv mocks Robotnik

Oh yeah... and 'when Snively's attack' scene in 'No Brainer'. Robotnik's belly-bounce is quite the weapon...Sniv's pre-attack dance is pretty amusing too xD

I did alos love all those scenes when Snively started talking behind Robotniks back and Robotnik hears him so Snively has to make up something else he said xD

I do like that Margarine one with Ant too. Actually, as far as funny goes, pretty much most if not all of Antoine's scenes I find funny. xD

Antoine does kinda annoy me some times though... But annoying in a funny way. Gotta love his accent and his cowardly personality.

How about Rotor yelling "AAAAAAAAAAANNNNTOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNE!!!!"? I mean we never got to see him that mad & annoyed before. Maybe they should've put that in "Fed Up with Antoine" since by that time everyone is fed up with him? lol

Also Sally actually doing the "scary witch voice" to Tails in the end of "Sonic & Sally". I dunno why, it just makes me laugh. lol

What about when, in "Sonic Racer", Antoine just wants to stay at the top of the pipes when Sal & Bunnie just yelled "MOVE IT, ANTOINE!!" & he whimpers all the way down, well until he starts saying about tripping & slides the way down (we don't actually see it but we know what happens). After hearing a "thud" both Sal & Bunnie annoyingly reply "Antoine!"

There's a hidden mildly adult joke (a deliberate one this time ) if you're paying attention in one of the episodes. I forget which one, but there's an exchange very much like this:

Sonic: Is grass green? Is water wet? Do bears --
Sally: Sorry I asked.

Do bears what, Sonic?
