That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

SatAM has a CANADIAN broadcast partner!

 

Yep...a service here called 'Shomi!', which is co-owned by Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications now has it, along with AoStH and Underground, offered as part of it's VOD catalogue.

This means that a 19 year, 4 month, 3 week, and 2 day Canadian TV/VOD partner drought, has ENDED!

The drought began back on Sept. 2, 1995, when it was cancelled on the affiliates of the CTV Television Network.

All I can say, is...FINALLY! THE DROUGHT! IS! OVER!!!

Of course its re runs.  All Shomi is is Canadian netflix for those who have subscriptions to those companies.   I could get it....No wait I can't I'm with Telus.  Damn.

But telus is installing fiber in the town and shaw isn't so....I'll take my wins and losses.

That's what's so exciting for the people who have that channel. The show hasn't aired since it was cancelled. Too bad this is just a canadian thing... It'd be awesome if a regular network would pick up reruns.
