That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Officer:  No no, he might be of use to us....

Commander:  Way ahead of you.

[Slides a few sheets of paper towards Sam.  The pictures are exactly what the commander had just described.]

Commander:  They agree it's mobian and has a large coat or cloak.  

 

-Inertia-

[Just walking on the container reveals it to empty and hollow inside.  Odd considering it's smack dab in the middle of the room.  There are two more containers on the far side of the room next to a control box. There are also wires snaking across the ground in every which way.]


-Davis-

Rousk:  Good.  I'll see you later than.

[The large Rhino leaves the tent.]

Morgan:  ....did he leave any whiskey?

[The Wires crisscross all over the floor.  At first it seems as if they are all pointless...but then it becomes apparent that is the illusion they were intended to give.  A few wires were clearly set up to connect power to something.  They lead from the wall...right back to the the container in the middle of the room.]

 

-Dirge-

Officer:  Consider yourself conscripted in the Army, Dirge....

[The NCO grumbles under his breath.]

 

-Sam-

Commander:  You'll have to talk to the King.  He should be in his chambers right now....

 

-Davis-

Morgan:  Right.  Aware.  Of Course.

[The door on the container is sealed tightly. He'll have to cut his way in. Alternatively he could find the controls that open it...but that could take time.]

Officer: There is a Mobian encampment down a ways to the east. I want it gone.

"Understood." Dirge says before he launches himself eastward, leaping over a hundred feet. 

 

Inertia aims his palm mounted thruster at the door, firing it at 10% power, burning straight through the door, using it like a cutting torch to cut a hole in the container.

[the door cuts off the lock quite easily. Inside the container is a long elevator shaft.]

-Dirge-
[Dirge eventually lands smack in the middle of the camp. Similarly to before he is completely surrounded. However the Mobian swords and bows seem less threatening then the Overlanders' firearms]
-Davis-
Morgan: Yes sir....
[Morgan looks a bit depressed]

-Sam-
[the guards step aside recognizing Sam as a secret service member, allowing him to knock.]

"I hunger..." Dirge says just before he tackles a Mobian. Reeling back his over sized metal claws, Dirge begins to savagely rip the Mobian apart.

 

Inertia dives down the shaft and flies down.

[The Archers move to better positions, while the swordsmen swarm Dirge.  Their blades cutting at his skin]

 

-Inertia-

[Inertia only travels down a little ways...the equivalent of one floor down. He lands on the elevator platform.  The door's before him are still closed]

 

-Sam-

[The guards shrug.  After a few moments there is no response to the knock.  The guards look at each other and then Sam.  They push the doors open.  Nobody is in the room.]

 

-Davis-

Morgan:  Yes sir!

[The LT hands Davis the bottle back...now empty...and moves out to find some "volunteers".]

Dirge spins and slashes, knocking the Mobians back and slashing them deeply.

 

Inertia does the same as before, using his thruster like a cutting torch.

[As he looks at the map he hears a loud commotion outside...]

-Dirge-
[Dirge manages to wound the Mobians attacking him before his back is pierced by an arrow. The archers open fire on him]

-Inertia-
[Cutting through takes time. Finally the door gives way...]

The arrows embed themselves in Dirge, but he pays them no mind, focusing on one Mobian and lunging at him to tear him apart. 

 

Inetria steps in, looking about, examining the new room.
