[Clef quickly snaps back to attention]

Clef:  Forgive me Master Harpuia.  I apologize, for the inconvenience.  

[He pauses]

Clef:  If that is the case, why did Master X get involved, if I may ask of course.  

 

-Skor-

Skor:  I hate to kick you when you are down, but that's just more proof that there is no Legendary Reploid to be found.  

[Skor turns to the door]

Skor:  I'm going to scout the perimeter, just in case anyone tracked him here.  By the looks of his damage, it wasn't grunts who did this to him.  That means there could be a counterattack. 

[Raven]

Inertia stays quiet, knowing that there is no way for him to argue.

[ILOVEVHS]

(Even more worry starts to show from her face)
Jazz: W-what?! No, please! Maybe there's another way!!!

Okay now we got another update! Sorry about the wait, we also got two new characters in the World of Megaman Z, what challenges do they face in the year 22XX? Ready!

 

-Dr.Lisle-

Working on paperwork for The UCA was always a tedious task, but one that had to be dealt with if only for her researches sake, she then when over her own thoughts on what needed to be done today.

 

-Iris-

When she wakes up, she always looks at the front of the mirror to start her day, she thinks that maybe someday if she keeps looking she'll remember and realize who she really is. She knows that she is looking at herself, but at the same time she also knows that she is looking at a ghost. She then looks up on her terminal to the same article she saved and clicked on the link, and looks at the girl that looks just like her, circa 21XX Technology yes, but her face is the same as hers.

 

-Skor-

While Ciel was annoyed with his negativity, he did have a point "Alright, but make sure you stay near by, I don't want to lose anyone else today."

 

-Clef-

"It's alright Clef, you mean well." Harpuia takes another sip "Now, I can't reveal much information about this attack yet, but I will say that the Maverick goal was to find Master X." After finishing her tea she continued "By the time he slipped into the city, surveillance already caught footage of this Maverick, Master X soon enough met the Maverick himself." She put her hand on her chin and pondered "After about 2 hours the Maverick went hostile and started to attack Master X, we shortly came in soon after, believe me when I say that it makes just as much sense to me as it does to you."

 

-Jazz-

"I'm sorry Jazz, if there were any other way I would have figured it out."

 

Just as Jazz started to tear up, a Cyber Elf in one of the contains spoke "Let me help him, I want to save him!" it was the Nurse Elf Greff, her eyes set with determination "I don't know why, but I feel that I owe this guy for some reason, I can't explain it myself but please Jazz, for old times sake?" a smile of certainty was on her face, even though this would mean her death she was sure of herself. 

 

-Inertia-

"Hey, hello? Are you listening to me?"

 

Inertia snapped back into reality to see a Reploid in a trench coat speaking to him.

[Raven]

"I am now. So, you're the contact?" Inertia asks while crossing his eyes.

[ILOVEVHS]

Jazz: B-but...
(There's not much else time for her to think now, so there really is no choice. Reluctantly, she agrees)
Jazz: Alright...if you really want to, than please help him...

[RedAuthar]

-Iris-

[She zooms in on the picture wondering by chance it could be her.  She feels a weird sensation in the back of her head, like something or someone trying to answer that question, but she feel unsure with either answer.  She lets out a sigh and steps away from the terminal to prepare for the day.]

 

-Skor-

Skor: Hey, it's me.

[He gives her a half hearted smile before heading out.  He moves towards the ladder to the exit, and climbs his way out of the base.]

 

-Clef-

Clef:  Two hours?  

[Clef bites the tip of his finger, as if chewing on his finger nail in though]

Clef:  It almost sounds as if they talked for quite some time before they fought.  

[Clef feels a bit more positive/justified about X's actions on being involved.  However he feels a bit more depressed that the Maverick still attacked continuing the conflict through violence.]

Clef:  I guess it doesn't matter if the Maverick has been destroyed now.  Maybe Master X will tell us later.  Did you want my team to do a follow up? 

[Reed Teran]

*Sturm's sensors were very, very old, and he came to rel on them. sure enough, he used his WMCI to direct a StahlHund patrol to the 3 blips. Those machine mutts of steel and terror would shake up these trespassers, led by the skilled Hundfuhrer and his arm-mounted Zundapp ElektrikWaffen. the trespassers would surely hear the roars of the Stahlhunden, through built-in terror sirens.*

"And you must be Inertia, are you as good as they say?"

 

-Sturm Panzer-

3 UCA Soldiers scout the ruins of the city, they see and suspect nothing as the guard dogs watch them in the background, ready to strike.

 

-Jazz-

Greff smiled and approached Zero, then turned to Jazz one last time "Thank you for raising me Mama, I promise to not let you down." she then glowed a bright light and was absorbed into Zero's body. A variety of colors swarmed him as slowly his injuries healed and his body regenerated, the gash in his abdomen was no more and Zero was once more intact. In a few seconds Zero's eyes opened in urgency and woke up abruptly "X!!!!" Zero jumped from the Bed and stood ready for combat, then looked around to see he was not in that city anymore.

 

-Iris-

As she exited her room, she ran into Neo Repliforce's main technical genius, Douglas "Hey, morning Iris! How are ya?"

 

-Skor-

Standing outside of the base, the only thing that was around him was a ruined city that once was populated back before The Eurasia Incident, way back before he was made.

 

-Clef-

"Hmm, Master X told me not to worry about it, but that does sound like a good idea..." Harpuia pondered and came to this conclusion "Tell you what, how about you're group of Panteons and Aztec Falcon go to the Maverick Scrap Yard and after you retire them scout the area, the ravine's path leads to an abandoned city that would be a good hiding spot of he survived."

[RedAuthar]

-Iris-

Iris:  I-i'm doing al-lright this morning.  H-how is every-ything today?

 

-Clef-

[Clef would rather not, the Maverick scrap yard being one of his least favorite places to be...but he has his orders]

Clef:  At once Lady Harpuia.

[He heads back to the elevator.]

 

-Skor-

Skor:  Hmm...no sign of trouble yet.  We're probably in the clear...they likely think that Zero was trashed.

[Pauses]

Skor:  Great...now I'm even calling him that.....

[ILOVEVHS]

(Jazz finds it too hard to hold back tears after hearing Greff call her Mama one last time.
Once Zero jumps up, she moves backward, very startled)
Jazz: (with some sadness still in her voice) Calm down, please! You've been brought here to treat your injuries.

[Mike Arcade]

-Iris-

Douglas grinned "Pretty good, just got in some spare parts that'll really come in handy for the shuttle, can't complain myself!"

 

-Inertia-

"Yeah, that would be me." The contact looked around the bar so that no prying eyes were watching "This job ain't exactly easy though, is it true that you are as good as they say?"

 

-Sturm Panzer-

The sirens go off, as the blips in the radar go in a more frantic pattern with the dogs now chasing them.

 

-Clef-

As Clef head back to the elevator, he couldn't help but wonder just what exactly was going on, and what he hasn't been told yet. It was most likely that this Maverick was no more and just paranoia, but if it wasn't then this might be the start of something terrible.

 

-Skor-

Colbor was right behind him, catching up and calling his name "Skor, it's me Colbor! Wait up!"

 

-Jazz-

Zero soon relaxed and began to view the med ward, noticing Ciel he realized where he was "So I'm back here then, hmm." with the 3 in the room he said "Thanks, I shouldn't have jumped the gun like that." A hint of sadness was noticeable in his eyes.

-Skor-

Skor:  Aaaand all stealth I had is gone now....

[Turns to Colbor]

Skor:  What's up?

 

-Clef-

[He punches the buttons to go down.  A feeling dread forms inside him.  At best this was going to be a quick action.  At worst...a long and bloody campaign.  Remembering the damage on Harpuia he mentally prepares for the latter]

 

-Iris-

Iris:  A-anything rem-markable this time?

[ILOVEVHS]

Jazz: You're welcome. Are you feeling alright? Nothing seems to be wrong with you now?

[Raven]

"I've eluded the Maverick Hunters since Sigma went Maverick himself, so yes, I'm as good as anyone says." Says Inertia, not sounding too arrogant but still boasting a bit.

[Reed Teran]

*Sturm has, in a fit of genius programming, caused the dogs to lead these "blips" to nearby Sturmbots, who unemotionally open fire with their archaic bullet weapons on these intruders. Sturm switches to a field view to see who these intruders were.*
