Name: ZIM!!! (Yes, it must always be shouted. At least by me)
Gender: Male
Species: Irken
Age: Beats me.
Alignment: The Irken Army (for better or for worse)
Personality: While most Irkens are expected to be ruthlessly loyal to the Empire, Zim is considered overzealous even by their standards: Brash, arrogant and overconfident, Zim's tendency to cause wanton destruction makes him a danger to himself and his own people, yet he still considers himself a mighty Irken warrior. In addition, he is acutely narcissistic and megalomaniacal, congratulating himself on even the smallest of successes; these, however, are rare. He does have a vast amount of intellect however, but is too oblivious to many things, particularly his own mockery.
Bio: Zim, thanks to his own stupidity, single-handedly ruined Operation Impending Doom 1. As a result, he was banished to the Irken food court planet Foodcourtia. He promptly quit when Impending Doom 2 was announced. To get rid of him for good, the Tallest seemed to send Zim to a faraway spot that could have a planet, but probably didn't...it did. Zim, following his "mission" attempting to take over the planet Earth many times, but was constantly defeated by either the human boy, Dib, or his own stupidity. He finally took over Earth, when Dib was looking the other way. He left the planet for his robots to blow up.

Additional Notes: Voiced by Richard Horvitz. Yells often. Can't eat any Earth food.

Name: Gir
Gender: None. Considered a male.
Species: Badly made SIR Unit. In other words, a crappy robot.
Age: I don't know, uh...2?
Alignment: None. But he works for Zim, so by extension, the Irkens.
Personality: GIR is happy-go-lucky and extremely hyperactive, and will eat just about anything, regardless of whether it is edible or not. Most of the time he spouts nonsense, but does have a few, short moments of clarity. GIR usually fools around when Zim gives an order, and always goes right back to what he was doing before once he has completed the order (which is only done occasionally) or - more often - when Zim leaves. Zim has described GIR's intelligence as "bad"; indeed, the little robot is often one of the many reasons why Zim's plans frequently fail. GIR is also known to disobey orders whenever it conflicts with getting something he wants, such as rubber piggies or food.
GIR absolutely adores Earth culture, especially it's food, of course, and it's pop-culture if PPGD is to be believed. He especially loves Mexican food, tacos in particular.
GIR does occasionally act properly, seeming like an especially dangerous machine, before his personality kicks in. Once permanently made this way, however, he went insane and attempted to take over Earth himself, only to be stopped by Zim and Officer Squid-Man (Zim put a squid's brain in a cop's body)
Bio: When Zim attempted to retrieve his mandatory SIR unit, the Tallest tried again to screw him over, build Girl out of scrap and pocket lint. GIR joined Zim on his conquest of Earth, but usually fucked things up often.
