I just watched a video of top Snipers in video games that said it was Mickey. I don't care. He's The Sniper. That's all that matters.
Also apparently the toy says it's Mick Mundy....

I do need to mention that Psykers are a bit...dangerous, even if they fail their Psy Rolls. The least that can happen to a psyker on account of failed rolls is their head literally exploding like a shrapnel grenade filled with raw Warp energy.
