I feel like making a bullshit character called Stanley.

Oh please, do so, I would very much enjoy that. This doesn't need to be ultra serious, its mostly my experiment to see how to fit in here.
So go nuts

No medic from anywhere in the Imperium would heal xenos scum.
I could bring in a Gun Servitor with a Heavy Bolter, but that would skew Arkus's character. He isn't big on combat, more on knowledge.

Do as you want. This is a combat oriented rpg, so non combat oriented characters will have a hard time

In that case, I'm reusing Kevin from ReFAR.

Alright, here's Arkus's Henchman, a Lexmechanic.
Character bio:
Name: Kor-Tekhs (Goes by Kor)
Species: cyborg, Lexmechanic
Gender: "male"
Age: Unknown
Appearance:
Weapons: None. his Autoquills if he must.
Skills/Special abilities: Vast...and I mean VAST...amounts of indexed and archived kknowledge, able to store and process data as well as transcribe and translate.
Strengths: None.
Flaws:None.
History: Arkus has a total of 4 henchmen, but Kor-Tekhs is the closest to him. He is Arkus's personal computer, able to calculate, plot, process, translate, dictate, and transcribe a large amount of knowledge.
SPECIAL RULES: Kor is non-combat oriented. He is also, however, pretty durable, owing to being more machine than man.
Proud servant of the God-Emperor. His Will be done.

Name: Kevin
Species: Anthropomorphic Dog
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Appearance: Yellowish fur, with black fur on his long ears and tail and his belly. 5' 10"
Weapons: Scattergun and a pointed stick. (SHUT UP)
Skills: Quite flexible, and good with certain tech, (computers, security systems, etc.) He can run fast, jump very high, and can maneuver easily in small spaces.
Strengths: Has heavy endurance and enthusiasm, and is quite genre-savvy.
Flaws: His crazy nature makes him reckless in many situations.
History: Kevin is an crazed and obsessive nerd. He has somehow managed to watch every film ever made that is not horror, rare, or dull to him and many others, as well as devoting most of his life to games. In real world situations, his enthusiasm and energy makes him stick out like a sore thumb, and can provoke him to do stupid things. (Like being a human (er, canine) cannonball) In addition, he was once ostracized for having strong relations with cats. (Raised by them, surprisingly) He has also found himself in strange situations many times, like with aliens, the government and a wacky next-door neighbor.
Additional Notes: He sounds like Billy West. (In Red's eyes however, he sounds like Jason Segel as Vector from Despicable Me)
Let me know if improvements are needed.

I conceived this character way back when I was a wee lad for use in TV shows when I grew up. This is the newest incarnation of him, I have in mind.

While its a good profile, I advise your character have more mobility based enhancements

Like strong grip, climbing skills, fast runner, high jumper. These are giants you're fighting, someone with the mobility of the average Mobian stands no chance

I hope you don't expect Arkus to be a spidermonkey. He'll probably be the one to scale the thing and plant a Power Sword in his eyes...or just use Psyker powers to destroy the big thing's mind, possibly in an explodey, gory fashion.

I don't expect him to be Tarzan but, for the sake of the rpg, don't go killing them that easily, please
