I'll think of something to work with.

"Everyone creates the thing that they dread. Men of peace create engines of war. Invaders create Avengers. People create... smaller people...? CHILDREN! (chuckles) Lost the word there..."

The reason why we mostly do the "One post per round" system because not all of us are here all the time. Reed is in a completely different time zone than all of us, Red works a bit and I work at a NFL stadium that does concerts all the freaking time so there are days i'm not even on.
Dont get me wrong, i like the idea, but just be forewarned that some of us may be left behind quite a bit.

So uh...I highly Suggest a Planning/Recruiting Topic for this one on the side.
That way characters can be kept track of and key events can be recorded.

As suggested by Red Author, here is the general information page for March of the Nullam. Any and all questions will be posted here from this point on.
Suggestions on the plot, characters, bosses, ect can be made here as well.
A bit of information now, there are at least 9 Nullam in development, each being unique to each other and guarding their own designated area or building in Agrias. If any of you have suggestions on more Nullam designs, feel free to post them here.

I'll leave my first post there as it is, though I don't know how to transfer the other posts though

I edited Dirge's profile, made it so he can jump and climb well. Before I had it where he couldn't climb well, but that made him useless against the giant Nullam, who's weak points are generally high up on their bodies

Here are my characters
Name: Dirge
Species: Metahuman
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Appearance: Dirge is a average height, stocky man with horrifying bony protrusions jutting through his thick skin. In many areas, his sickly pale skin has harden into extremely tough and hard plates, acting as armor. Dirge wraps most of his head and unarmored skin in bandages, since no traditional clothing will fit for long, since new bones seem to appear jutting through his skin fairly often.
Weapons: Dirge wields a four foot long, foot wide, inch thick cleaver weighing over 200 lbs. While the cleaver has no supernatural properties, its made of an alloy that cannot be destroyed with physical force and in fact only gets stronger when damaged. (I'm not making that up, that alloy exists. To my knowledge, it has yet to be named, but if anyone is curious, I can find it out) Due to the cleaver's weight, every blow is devastating, a direct hit would cleave a human in half and shatter solid stone.
Skills/Special Abilities: Being a metahuman, Dirge naturally possesses incredible strength and durability. Some of Dirge's weaker feats of strength range from smashing through walls to flipping fully loaded cars, though the extent of his strength has yet to be found. His skin is thick and tough like leather, making him more resistant to cuts and burns. His thick, dense bones and stretchy tendons and ligaments allow Dirge to absorb far much more force from a blow or fall, so he essentially doesn't take fall damage.
Strengths: Strong, durable, plays "Tank" roll excellently, great stamina, excellent jumper and climber
Flaws: Slow runner, foul temper, cant swim well, very short ranged combat.
History: Dirge, formerly known as Lawrence Forgess, was a simple business man, working for a major pharmaceutical company. After being randomly selected to be a human test subject for an experimental steroid, Lawrence underwent a series of changes. The steroid turned Lawrence into a horrifying mutant, reducing him to a being vaguely resembling a human.
Lawrence goes into a fit of rage and madness from the results of the experiment, destroying the towering pharmaceutical company building in the process and escapes. Veiling himself in a cloak and bandages, Lawrence takes on the title "Dirge" as he begins his career of being a bounty and treasure hunter, cutting down anyone who stands in his way to earn money to hire scientists to reverse the mutation he suffers.
A few years later, Dirge is informed about an expedition into the forgotten lands of Agrias, hearing stories of great treasure and fortune. So, Dirge promptly joins in on the expedition, deciding to set aside his antisocial behavior to cooperate with other for fortune.
(Went ahead and moved Dirge's profile here)

Lo, this world is to be put to the sword, by decree of the Emperor.
Character bio:
Name: Arkus Soratos
Species: Human
Gender:Male
Age: possibly 46
Appearance: Old Xenos Inquisitor Arkus is a bit...ominous looking, with his broad-rimmed hat branded with the mark of the Ordo Xenos, his ever-worn black duster, and his Inquisition-Pattern Power Armor, which is simply a very durable chestplate and some small Roman Legionnaire-esque pauldrons. His left eye is replaced with a mechanical Visage Auspex, like a big, red glaring goggle. His hair under his hat is messy and brown, his moustache and the tuft of hair under his bottom lip clean. His left arm is...mechanical in nature, and he sports some gear of choice. He seems to look about with a scrutinizing glare.
Weapons: He wields a Bolt Pistol, a bulky pistol that fires small bullets that explode upon contact with their mark. He also has a Power Sword at his side, a sword with a charged field of energy coating the blade. He does indeed have a few Frag grenades, as well as a single Krak Grenade, spectacular at obliterating vehicles or structures.
Skills/Special abilities: Being an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos, he is naturally curious of the vile aliens that abound in the universe. While any citizen of the Imperiumis told to purge any Xenos on sight, Arkus prefers to study...and then kill the filthy alien when his use is up. He also weilds innate Psyker abilities, powers taken from the horrific realm of the Warp, and has mastered them well, though occasionally he will slip up. He also has a very...compelling voice.
Strengths: Arkus is an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, granting him access to forbidden knowledge and abilities. He is a psyker, making him a force to be reckoned with in combat. His Rosarius can outright block small arms fire with it's weak deflection field.
Flaws: As wilth all of the Inquisition, he displays a heretical curiosity and a fanaticism to the God-Emperor of Mankind. His psyker abilities have a minute chance to unleash a few horrors of the Warp into the area, being a hazard to both himself and any around him. If things go terribly south...he may end up either bringing forth a Greater Daemon or becoming an unwilling Unbound Daemonhost.
History: Inquisitor Arkus has a very dark and horrid history in the librariums of the Inquisition. He was once an Acolyte of Lord Inquisitor Auftrak, a wise old Radical. With his other acolytes he was present during an Ork WAAAGH, a massive war instigated by an Ork Klan, and managed to solo Warboss BakkBraykah with his Psyker abilities, making him a hero. But as all good things turn sour, so did he. He turned into a Radical, one who advocates using...heretical methods to support the cause of the Imperium. He was part of a raid on an Eldar camp, and took a few prisoners, reportedly doing a few...VASTLY heretical things to them, and then delightedly dissecting them as their screams echoed through the halls of the Gorgothian Librarium. His presence is reported to be unnerving in this regard, with his grim look and dark motives. Younger acolytes question why he has not been executed for many heresies, but the Ordo Xenos apparently deems him an asset. Those who questioned him directly have reported to have disappeared from Administratum records, only for their likenesses to show up in a few of his more horrific experimentations.
He is bad enough to be considered a threat to both the Eldar and the Tau, with the Tau's Ethereal Caste claiming him to be "a puppet of the Mont'au", and a few of his colleagues seem to think he may be dabbling in Chaos practices, though accusations of such are rampant against Radicals. Some believe his arrival to the Nexus to be a sign of darker times, as with the discovery of a new xeno comes far worse experiments to be done in the name of the Emperor.
SPECIAL RULES: With his psyker abilities, I'll be doing rolls on Dark Heresy's Perils of the Warp chart in case his abilities fail. This ranges from him being accidentally phased out of time for a post or two to summoning a Greater Daemon of the Warp by accident to attack him and anything else. I'll also roll Psychic Phenomena now and then inbetween extended Psyker power use.
NOTICE: I know you're thinking "No, because he's evil". Yes. He is outright evil. So is the entire Imperium. But the whole "works with Xenos until he is done with them" part means he won't backstab the party until he's done with them, aka at the back end of the RPG. So he can still legitimately play, just...it'd be a wise move for everyone to be paranoid, and likely, he'll cause it.
EDIT: Question. Since he is an Inquisitor, is he allowed an escort of 1 or 2 Acolytes/Inquisitorial Henchmen, complete with profiles?

You may only have one other character. Familiars are allowed, but they can only be summonable and have to be dismissed a while after summoning.

Then I guess the other Character would either have to be a Chiurgeon (Medic and torture specialist) or an Autosavant (a literal walking dictionary embedded in a Techpriest).

A medic would serve you better, I hope we have a few ranged specialists joining in, otherwise the attention will be placed on the short ranged fighters, making their jobs harder

This is why Arkus has a Bolt Pistol.
As for the Medic, the only medics are the Chirurgeon and the Sister Hospitaller. If the party members aren't 100% human, she'll only operate on Arkus....insert innuendo here, because Inquisitors are lecherous and perverse at times.

Then either use a medic that would heal the whole party, if you have one, or try another combat specialist, perhaps someone who with heavy guns
