That kinda looks like M. Bison Reed...
I had the same thought.

It's a DoW Imperial Guard Commisar. That uniform technically inspired AND was inspired by M. Bison. Try not to think about it too much. Same as the Arbites technically inspired the Judge Dredd franchise, which in turn designed the uniform that inspired the Arbites redesign.
....But enough about my huge well of knowledge around 40k, let's drift back to that hideous abomination that so desperately needs to be purged in the same fashion as ReBoot's CGI.

Who says he's getting away with it? I don't think Sega's had their word on the subject yet.
He's getting away with a growing debt and disregard as a writer...that's for certain. Who in the world is every going to give this guy a job or money now? He has hexed himself! He might as well come a Telemarketer.

Oh man this is the funniest thing I've seen all day, I don't even know what I can add at this point anymore.
How lazy and blind do you have to be to come up with this? No really this is insane! Do you know what I find funnier, he STILL doesn't have a real name, he's just called The Praetorian!
Anyone else could come up with something better, this IS plagiarism at this point, just when I think I'm at a lost for words this happens. I'll give Penders this, he keeps surprising and shocking me, but for the wrong reasons.

Sadly it seems to be something going on with a lot of comics lately: Jack Kirby's heirs are suing Marvel for the characters he created.
On topic: remember, [Penders' Logic]That's not Knuckles. His name is Nuckles; a totally different character. [/Penders' Logic]

Yep, he's gonna get sued now as soon as TLSC goes on sale. I personally think based on this alone he can't afford to pay the damages and will have to give the rights back.
A petition to keep up to a third of the characters in the sonic comics from being lost forever.

To those who want to give this "new direction" a chance, don't say I didn't warn you.

Maybe he will. Or maybe not.

He's probably going to have to give the rights back anyway. As I mentioned earlier, Sega could easily sue on the grounds that the only reason those characters exist at all was to sell the Sonic franchise via the comic. So, unless Penders agrees to incorporate some form of advertising for the Sonic series, he's boned. Just my two Mobiums on that...

That and he is basically doing exactly what he claimed SEGA did to him earlier so.....
