@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

According to Jazwares' Sonic booth at some toy con, in addition to this year's Nintendo Exclusive Sonic game, there'll also be a new Sonic game for all of the Next-Gen systems next year.

In addition, more movie rumors have been sparked, though from the image alone, I think it's just a Sonic Boom pilot.

Any thoughts?

a new next gen title?? Good as much as Nintendo is good to Sonic, the WiiUs low sales made SEGA realize that it cant rely on Nintendo.

CGI Animated film?? Sony Pictures has something cooking

Look closely. It's under Sonic Boom.

I think it's made-for-TV. Then again, a man can dream...

I wouldn't doubt it, because of Ratchet and Clank and Sly, but 2014's too soon. It's most likely unrelated.

Sega really seems to be building-up this upcoming show. Hope it lives up to all the hype.

If anything, something tells me it'll be similar to Nickelodeon's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (which I happen to enjoy).

I'd be pleasantly shocked if Sonic Boom was anywhere close to that level of quality. That said, I do have a higher opinion of Dave Polsky, the only known writer for the series, now than I did a few months ago. The latest episode he wrote for FiM demonstrated a surprising ability to craft fairly complex, believable character-driven scenarios with a decent amount of thematic subtext, a welcome departure from the slapstick I had previously associated him with. I have a hard time envisioning such qualities transferring over to Modern Sonic, but at least it's a possibility.

Really? Greeeeeeaaaaaat....
They only debunked the TBA 3rd game which lists the non-Nintendo consoles. They didn't say anything concerning the show itself.

EDIT: From the look of things, seems like Sega's trying to cover-up something. http://www.tssznews....r-sign-reports/

The pattern has been every other year so i doubt we will see a game this year

What pattern? 2012 was the only year in over a decade that didn't have a retail console Sonic game, and even that had Sonic 4 Episode 2.

1999: Adventure

2000: Sonic Shuffle

2001: Adventure 2

2002: Adventure 2 Battle

2003: Adventure DX

2004: Heroes

2005: Shadow the Hedgehog

2006: 06

2007: Secret Rings

2008: Unleashed

2009: Black Knight

2010: Colors

2011: Generations

2012: No retail game

2013: Lost World

Given that it was released over thirteen years ago, my point still stands.
