That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Basically I'm posting this because not only does this demonstrate the internally inconsistent "logic" of Ken Penders, but I'll be creating designs in a series called "What Penders SHOULD have done". Basically I'll be creating redesigns of these other designs of what Penders ripped off in a way of that EA and Bioware did for "his" characters.

 

Keep watching this topic for updates. But for now enjoy this image.

By the way, if Ken Penders "borrows" the SSV Normandy design for his Lara-Su chronicles, I'm going to totally lose it.

One of the reason the character or Scourge was a dumb idea to begin with.

 

Evil Sonic at least made sense (though was still a poor character) because he was from a universe where all the heroes were villains a vice-versa.  However once he became his own character in itself he just became another dark Sonic Clone which was not only unnecessary as there are like 15 Metal Sonics and Shadow already in the comic, but stupid as he's done nothing worse than he did as Evil Sonic (other than take over his own world which he technically was already running into the ground anyways).

Personally I always thought Scourge had good potential as a character, while Evil Sonic was okay back in the day when the comic didn't have much consistency, he was very one note. I will agree with you there that he didn't do too much then what he would have done as Evil Sonic anyway, maybe like the other Destructix and Fiona if he and they were given enough time they could have ended up as decent to good characters, my problem was we didn't see enough of them so they can become that. Scourge could have worked, after all with Shadow as a good guy (an Anti Hero but still) it would make sense to have someone that can smack talk Sonic and fight him on equal grounds that isn't a robot as a "Dark Sonic Clone".


Seriously, HOW THE HELL did nobody know that Robotnik was evil!? I mean just look at those red, glowing, hellish eyes, oh yeah I can completely trust that guy with my life! *sarcasm*

My only problem with Scourge is that they didn't take a chance to shout out to the fanbase and call him Ashura.  Obviously, you should all know the reason why...

Heh, there's a -lot- of things they failed to utilize in the comic; Scourge is only one of them.
