What would your imagining be for a final battle between Sonic and Eggman in the comics?
Here is my idea:
Dr. Eggman has finally had it with Sonic and co. He secretly grabs all of the Chaos Emeralds for his diabolical plan. His plan to start a "Robotnik World War" is eventually found out by Sonic and the Freedom Fighters. Eggman's plans for his world war: The egg Army to tighten it's grip on their territories and to finish off the freedom fighters around the world, send his Egg Fleet towards New Mobotropolis, and roboticize Mobius. The Mobotropolis Freedom Fighters warn the other freedom fighter groups and GUN about the war and start to prepare. During the preparation for war, Sonic and the freedom fighters get a nostalgic trip down memory lane and start to realize how far they have come. The war begins and Sonic and Co. fall easily. Then come the other freedom fighters. It turns out, Monkey Khan had prepare for this and gathered the freedom fighters from around the world to New Mobotropolis to fight off the enemy from the source. The rest is Sonic and all Freedom Fighter groups, including team dark and Blaze (With cameos from many other characters), come head-to-head in a heated battle between good and evil. Leading up to a final confrontation in space!
