"Everyone creates the thing that they dread. Men of peace create engines of war. Invaders create Avengers. People create... smaller people...? CHILDREN! (chuckles) Lost the word there..."

To my reaction: I'd say it's 10 times way better then Sonic X and Sonic Underground.. 5 times better then AoStH.. and twice as better then Sonic Anime OVA... but not closely good as SatAM ![]()
But, I still think it's a good show and to watch. Better watch the premier until September! ![]()
Also, I wonder if the SatAM characters (The new Archie Comics design ones) will appear in this show or not?

Good news everyone! Not only are you reading this in Professor Farnsworth's voice, but the Sonic Boom cartoon and game is simply a separate continuity. Also, it appears many people making the game worked for Naughty Dog.
I just said that didnt i?

See, this is why Cartoon Network is awesome. Even if it's from another (non-Canadian) studio, it gets shit done.
The owner of Cartoon Network declared he hated cartoons and canned most serious cartoons for the typical nonsensical comedy ones that aren't really funny but rather insane.
Cartoon Network lost the rights to be awesome.

yeah.... my friend is yelling out the ear about it on skype and it's starting to piss me off. I don't mind hearing everyone else's opinion ,but it feels like when the loony toons show was changing the formula and people try to crucify it without watching the show and giving a opinion

I've heard this a lot but until I hear a direct quote I'm going to assume it's a twisted version of what he actually said. I know similar (not the same, but similar) comments have been attributed to Mike Lazzo, and then I read what he actually said and it wasn't at all the same thing as what people were saying he said.
People are complaining about Blue Arms
Count me among them.

No. I never liked the first Sonic redesign, but it wasn't that bad. Sonic with blue arms is bad. The arms don't contrast with the rest of his body like they did when they were pink, and not only is that ugly, it's harder to read. It's also a much more radical and pointless change.

I sorta can see the arm thing, but I can't decide if it actually is bad or if it's just different. Considering Knuckles, Shadow, and silver's arms all match their. Oldies and nobody complained I'm thinking it is the latter.

Maybe. But you still don't go around changing characters everyone knows and loves for no reason. What if one day they decided Bugs Bunny should be green?
Jazz Jackrabbit might object to that ![]()
But ya have a point there, Kef; they shouldn't go around changing things just to be changing things...there should be good reasons behind changes/redesigns/etc.
In Knux's case tho', those arms do make him -look- tougher and I suppose that -is- a reason.
The show's writing is a bigger concern to me than the "updated" designs, BTW.

They did in an episode he met Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde.Maybe. But you still don't go around changing characters everyone knows and loves for no reason. What if one day they decided Bugs Bunny should be green?
I can understand not wanting the changes but from a marketable point of view you also want these characters to be appealing to the modern audiences, and sometimes changes are needed. Most the time not as in the case with Mickey Mouse and bugs bunny
