@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

:awesome: As we all know, SATam was aired on September 18, 1993. Next month it will be 20 years,  :chinscratch: and I'm thinking we should do something in celebration of (in my opinion) the greatest cartoon in the 90s. Like a fan vid, artwork, music video, skit, etc that would be related to the 20th Anniversary.

See, my original idea was 4 months ago when i posted this topic in the Creative Corner Forums about not only asking for help on collabing for a tribute music video for SATam, but also suggested for a SATam 20th celebration here on FUS. :guiltysmiley: Unfortuantely, my video collab never came to be,  so i gotta switch to Plan B and do something else by next month haha. But there's still time to spread the word and maybe Chief can make a special page or thread to post all our 20th Ann stuff to show off.

 So what you think? Is anyone else planning on something special for next month? Just curious, cause I am. ^_^ I think this is a cool thing to do, especially for us dedicated Sonic and SATam fans

I wouldn't call SatAM the greatest show of the 90's, but I do say it deserves a celebration. For a show that had little impact back then, it grew to become a huge influence in latter years. It also gave a new approach to the franchise, introducing many interesting/beloved characters and settings.

Speaking of anniversaries, I find it funny that most people remember Sonic's birthday and forget that it was also Dr. Robotnik/Eggman's as well. And last year marked Tails' debut in "Sonic 2", but hardly anybody remembered the occasion. And this year also marks Metallix (a.k.a. Metal Sonic) and Amy Rose's debut in "Sonic CD". Will anyone remember that as well?

I remembered Tails' birthday. :(

Depending on the date, I may watch every episode in a row.

I hadn't planned anything, but I might do a marathon viewing as well.

Thanks, but i'm already subscribe to this channel. Also, i already own the DVD boxset. But still, i appreciate :)

Speaking of episode in HD, did i'm the only one hoping for a Blu-Ray released of the entire Sonic SatAM series?

Nope, but it's never gonna happen in the next 20 years.

I know :( ...but we can still dream.....

This is probably what it could look like if it was re-released in Blu-Ray (don't forget to watch in 1080p):

My friend Steve and I are planning to write a song about Sonic and all that for our newly formed band Toast with Butter (we're changing it) and gonna include SatAM

our stage names are Steve, The Tree Astronaut (he's on Reddit and Youtube doing solo works) and "Uncle" Ben

Some say that he knows 2 facts about ducks, and both of them are wrong. And that 61 years ago he accidentally introduced Her Majesty The Queen to a Greek racialist. All we know is, I'm going to the tower now to have my head cut off, and he is called The Stig.

Ugh, 1993, I remember what I had for dinner in 1993 (it was chicken).  I can't believe it's been so long since I'd watched this show on tv.  I was planning on re-doing a certain piece of very old SatAM fanart to celebrate my 10th anniversary of being on Deviantart on the 4th, but I might have to do something else for this as well!

I was only 2 back then...I discovered Satam like many kids discovered Star Trek, after cancelation. Thank God for all the fans out there. I would've never discovered the show if it wasn't for all those dedicated fellows propgating it via the internet.

Send us a link when you finish it! Maybe it'll get you some faves and watches.

I was eleven, so I guess my old is showing a bit v:  Though I feel like I was just the right age to appreciate it at the time!

I've been deliberating posting the WIP of that picture here, but it's pretty terrifying.  Maybe I will this evening...

I wasn't born.

I found an episode on Youtube when I was researching Sonic for the first time, (I had just beaten my first Sonic game, Sonic CD) and then made the ambitious decision to buy the boxset with Christmas money, as well as the AoStH boxsets, despite barely seeing any episodes.
