I wonder who that returning character is gonna be.

 

Who else has been missing for awhile?

 

I've been thinking it over, and I might have a possible answer:

 

Light Gaia (a.k.a. Chip)

 

Think about it... A dark power located deep within the earth... Sounds a lot like Dark Gaia to me. And if Dark Gaia is stirring trouble, Light Gaia has to restore the balance. Could this be the return of Chip?

Maybe... has Chip EVER been in the comic?

Not really, but that didn't stop characters like Marine or Orbot & Cubot from returning.

I doubt Chip would be a returner. Maybe the original Robotnik? Auto-Fiona is still around rusting. Also Issac and whomever he's working for still could happen.

Actually, Robotnik Prime has an even thinner chance of returning than Chip does. Same goes for Issac since he was a Penders creation.

 

Auto Fiona could be an interesting choice, but it'll leave a lot of questions.

Why's that?

 

I mean, Chip is sorta annoying at times, but he has an innocent charm to his character. In the Japanese dub, he's voiced by a kid; which explains his childlike behavior. His English voice sorta looses this, but it isn't overly grating.

 

Plus, I'd take his slapstick anyday over Scratch & Grounder's annoying antics.

I liked Chip, he was the only Character of the Game (along with Professor Pickle) that i enjoyed

How it can be my opinion? I don't have any control over the level of anoyness (is that a word?) of the character. He's a complete faillure for a comic relief character. He had comic moment when it's not nessecary at moment when it's not suppose to be funny, ruining every scene on his way. His role in the story is so minimum, that's make him pretty much useless.

 

The Sonic Team had absolutly no idea how a comic relief character is supposed to be. That's why Chip is nothing more than the Jar Jar Binks of the Sonic universe.

He wasn't overly hilarious, but I thought he was likable as a character.

Dulcy isnt as bad... she has just been poorly utilized

She crashed all the time, making me facepalm every time. She don't even have a lovable personnality (unlike other female character, like Sally or Bunnie for exemple). But the worst offence is how she jump in the second season without any introduction. She's just there, bam! No explanation, we are just supposed to accept her presence like that. This wouldn't be THAT bad if she could have been an entertaining character.

 

I don't say she's totally useless, because i would be lying if i would say that. But that's not enough to redeem herself.

Honestly, I found the AoStH Sonic more annoying than them.

Just like ILOVEVHS would say:
