That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Possibly.  It depends on how they did it.  

 

Would you rather the Mii fight like another character, have their own set of moves, or would you rather a customization move set?

i would want the mii to have it's own move set, but if they have a way to customize the move set (i.e. take certain move from other characters, and place them in the command areas you want)  as for the Smash Ball move, have that be it's own entirely.  the customization should be for the Mii only entirely.

I read into it some more and so, good news.

There may be hope for a Single Player mode. Sakurai actually didn't like that Youtube ruined the cutscenes, because he felt they were the only rewards for beating levels. So they may bring it back with better stuff as rewards.

No...they swaped the creepo and the faceless fitness junkie in for the greatest video game character ever made besides Sonic?

 

 I will miss pitting those two together...so badly.

 

Only thing worse than that would be having to play as Raiden.  :icon_sad:

It was a refrence to MG2. 

 

I'd think Cappin' Falcon would find a way.... *hits Raiden with the Blue Falcon, being pushed by Sonic*

Add that guards rarely followed you to the next room, Raiden's roll attack seemed to throw me into Bullets, and the fact that you had to play Raiden Naked and people don't like him.

 

Honestly though, I had a lot of Fun with MGS 2.  Sure I was Bummed about Snake, but in hindsight since Snake is only playable in MGS1 (MGSTS) and MGS4, we didn't really lose out.

What?  You play Snake in MGS 3?  Hearsay!  You play Big Boss.  It's still not Snake. 


I wouldn't be surprised if Snake came back.  And what's wrong with Raiden? Granted he would be a bit overpowered in this game judging by his performance in Metal Gear Rising:  Revengeance. 

The Rule was that the Characters had to appear on a game on a Nintendo Console or Handheld during Brawl.  Raiden hasn't.  

 

Snake originated on the NES believe it or not.

I always liked Raiden's roll.  Oh yeah the characters do have to appear on a Nintendo console.  Yep, the original Metal Gear (or at least a partial port of it) was released on the NES back in the day.  The port is actually harder than the original.
