First, Microsoft give big opportunity to the third party developeur to abuse the system, thanks to Microsoft. After all, if they make their console to attack used-game market, Microsoft is directly responsible for this. Therefore, they are the one to blame.
Second, what about the person who will purchase a game used? They will have to paid twice. What's the point to get a used game? The answer is: to get a game for a cheaper price. Not only this will kill the point of buy them used, but also this is a greedy way to make more money from the same copy of a game.
Third, remember how the Xbox One will forced you to connect your system to Xbox Live every day, or then your game won't turn on. If the Live service is down, you can't play ANYTHING. One day, when Microsoft will shut down Xbox Live for the Xbox One, that's mean you'll lose EVERYTHING! Permenantly.
