So te rumored starting price for the Xbox One will be between 299-499 (which if you look at whats in it and take everything into account thats not bad) PS4 is supposively 350-599 but the internal specs are okay. the GPU is only a slight improvement over the PS4

Are you kidding? I still play the same games I played growing as a kid. The only reason I'd stop is when the PC games stop working on my PC.

I mostly maintain that judgement calls on the system should be reserved at least until after E3. That way, at least you have some game properties to look at in addition to the console's specs, which people place more importance than they rightly need. I would play nothing more than my Genesis as long as they kept making great games for it.

I felt like i heard that a million time by now: ''wait until E3''......and then what? What kind of difference it's going to make? The best we can say is that Microsoft will tell us more about what's to come. But in the end, what about the used-game market? What about the online-every-24-hours? What about all the other crap we will be forced to deal with? They all going to be there. THAT is the problem. I don't care if Microsoft can make a good presentation at E3, what i care is the result. I can't see Microsoft to get rid of all the issue with their next console all of the sudden. After all, what's the point of making a presentation if they are to change it all in no time!

So, no! To everyone asking to wait until E3 to make a ''better judgment'', stop doing that. You're just fooling yourself to think that everything will be awesome and great. Unless Microsoft decide to switch their position and make BIG change (which would be VERY surprinsing), knowing more won't make it any better!

PS: The Microsoft conference has been crap since 2010, does this time it could be better.........i let you guess

The reason why i said that is mainly because Microsoft keep annoying us with their freaking kinect over and over and over again since 2010. I won't be surprise to see them talking about their ''so precious'' Kinect once again during all of the conference.

XBOX One has it's own version of the Kinect too. There is no way they won't mention something about that one at E3.

The reason why people dont like it is because its "always on" and that Kinect has to be always plugged in. Some people will feel that their privacy will feel violated cause its always on and the fear is that Kinect is sending information back to Mircosoft. Also people feel the ability to have cable and blu-ray is pointless and they think having an "All in One" entertainment system is a little redundant and that they are focusing on entertainment instead of video games.

Okay that was my bit against it but heres the thing: Kinect HAS an off button on it and it can be completely shut off so it doesnt see OR hear you at all. The fact in this day and age people have internet connection/wifi shouldnt be a problem so connection isnt a big issue for me. Having cable access is a huge bennefit to me because i dont have cable access in my room and if it has cable access i can watch tv in my room. Blu-Ray is mainly so we have one disc and one disc only (like how L.A. Noire had to use 3 discs on Xbox instead of 1 on PS3) and plus some people use their Xbox for DVDs as well (like me). I like the idea of one box that has games, movies, cable etc. As i said i liked what i saw at the Reveal event but as i said i will make my full descison after E3

Okay, seriously now. It's not that i don't want to said anything good, but it's because i hardly find anything good to said about it. The system is surround by stupid marketing descision and very poor choice that will plague the console for years to comes. But if i could say something positive, i would say that the system will probably be powerfull (i don't know how much, but it's something to expect) and the controler didn't jump into the ''motion sensor'' bandwagon, which is cool.
