"Everyone creates the thing that they dread. Men of peace create engines of war. Invaders create Avengers. People create... smaller people...? CHILDREN! (chuckles) Lost the word there..."

To answer the question at hand, Nolan's Batman trilogy, V For Vendetta ( I like both comic and movie), Watchmen, Iron Man, Akira to a degree (the problem is that the movie is based off the manga when it was incomplete at the time), The Mask was pretty good even if it changed the character from the comic, Tim Burton's first Batman movie, and I've always liked certain things about Batman Forever, and the Thomas Jane Punisher movie which is very underrated.

I felt it dragged it down. I skipped most of those.Throughout the comic, Moore would end all but the last issue with a prose section further exploring a character. I felt the prose further grounded the series in a measure of reality.

I like a few of the DC Movies, mostly the animated ones, (Batman Mask of Phantasm, Justice League Doom, Justice League Crisis on Two Earths, Adam West Batman, Batman Beyond Return of the Joker (Uncut), Superman and Superman II, Batman Year One, Green Lantern First Flight, Green Lantern, The Green Arrow Short, Batman Under the Red Hood)
Didn't really like the Watchmen Comic so I didn't go see the movie (Believe it or not)
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen isn't bad, but I've never read the comic so I wouldn't know how to compare it.
Cowboys and Aliens is a million times better then the comic but that's not saying much.
Wan't Big on the Nolan Batman Series. It wasn't bad but Batman seemed less of a Detective and more of an Punch-Face hero.
Scott Pilgrim vs the World is pretty awesome.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, TMNT, and Turtles Forever are all pretty good.
Dick Tracy wasn't bad.
Most of the Peanuts Cartoons are pretty good.
Astro Boy was pretty good but I never read the Manga.
I liked Speed Racer but once again I never read the Manga.

I've been told that I write well. I have to be careful though. If I've learned anything from Linkara, it's that lots of comics are total shit because of bad writers.
Like Flynn and Penders??? Was that my outloud voice?

Big on the Marvel Movies (Spider-Man Trilogy, Amazing Spider-Man, X-Men Series, Avengers Series, Hulk vs. Wolverine, Hulk vs. Thor, The Invincible Iron Man, Next Avengers, both Ultimate Avengers, Fantastic Four was okay but Rise of the Silver Surfer kinda stank, Didn't see Electra, Daredevil, Punisher, or Blade).

The comic for League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is very different. The main thing I liked about the movie was Sean Connery as Allan Quatermain.
More like Joe Quesada.
FUCK ONE MORE DAY. FFFFFFFFUCK IT.
Let us not speak of that travesty.

Besides it is one of the greatest pieces of literature compared to MAKING FREAKING DOC OCK SPIDERMAN!

And besides, it would have made a bigger impact if it was Mary Jane that was shot, not Aunt May. And the "Living in torment" thing? Yeah right, Peter' making out with some chick in the next issue. I'll excuse the deal with the devil, because Mephisto is a recurring Marvel character.
There was a Flash story similar to One More Day, but executed SO MUCH BETTER. Read that instead.

2) If you read the story, it erased peoples memories that they ever WERE married. So having Peter with another girl isn't a bad thing.
3) It was not the first time that Peter would sacrifice his own happiness for Aunt May. It was totally in character.

Just let her go! I understand that you're afraid of her dying because of Uncle Ben, but there's a difference between fear and selfishness.
This is why I only watch the cartoons and movies.

The real reason I don't read Spider-Man is because, well, superhero comics bore me.
I prefer comedies and movie based comics.
