Naugus is now named Wally, and is no longer a wizard
Max is King again
Sally was never Mecha, but she's missing
Only Sonic remembers the old continuity.

Also (save for the Wally thing which is just dumb) doesn't sound bad. It also sets up for more issues to continue the explanation so it isn't thrown into your face as well as giving us a bit of a plotline to follow. While it doesn't sound perfect, it still sounds worth getting.

After reading it, if it turns out to suck, then I can completely agree with you.

I just read about this at archiesonic.wikia.com and what to say?.....what a mess!

Anyone have saw a preview or something? The only thing i've found are only explanation of what's happening, but no preview page or anything. But some change are understandable (i'm not here to justify these change, don't worry), like Max being king again or Geoffrey not being here anymore. Since Elias and Geoffrey were some of the many character to be involve in the Penders case, i'm not surprise that something happen to them.

If my english can look like crap, don't kill me...please? French is my native language!
PS: I love bacon. Why? Because i said so...(i also love the Dreamcast)

Archie must really hate Naugus. I mean, wow...to not only call him the most non-threatening name out of the blue but to also draw him looking like an anime doll. Also, I notice the neck vagina is gone from tails doll.

So far, i already have a complaint about Naugus (and i've only seen the preview page): He's out of character. He jump out of the fucking window like a coward! He's not like that....at least he's never been like that so far.

Well looks like "Wally" was only a Nickname NICOLE gave him, and he's currently still Kings so.....that just happened.

Again we're judging it based on a preview. We don't know what is fully going to happen, and we don't how things'll turn out. I say we give it a chance before passing sentence.

Beside Pothead the Porcupine (i mean Silver), everyone else from the secret FF was character from Penders, sooooo.....

This is interesting... I wonder if this is only a temporary "world" that'll be somehow be melded with the original or it's here to stay as is. If it is here to stay I wonder where exactly the divergence point will be placed or if it's a completely new world?

Whatever the case the last two and a half years of crap and chipmunk abuse can be forgotten if this new timeline stays as is; it also makes the redesigns more palatable for me personally. I have high hopes for what Ian Flynn is doing, but I hope they haven't just, as I now feel, like they've wasted the last 2-3 years.

*Edit* Anyway, it's nice to know that Sally, Bunny, and the rest of The Freedom Fighters are okay in the comic even though there is no apparent payoff to the last 2 or so years of story.

Off to an interesting start, I'm liking it so far.

My only complaint is that many elements from the previous story arc won't be returning most likely. I was wanting to see what happened with Mecha-Sally and the Naugus-possessed Geoffrey. Makes me wonder what became of the other characters like Mina, Fiona, and all the other characters Penders didn't create.

Honestly, I don't mind most of these changes. The one involving Westside Island is similar to something I would've done. And while Naugus was threatening as a sorcerer, making him a rival to the throne adds a new dimension to his character.
