Long story short: Nintendo has placed a copyright claim on YouTube "Let's Play" videos and is now receiving advertising income from them.

So Nintendo now makes money on the Let's Play videos. Big deal. Legally we shouldn't be able to make money using their games anyways so the only ones getting hurt are those who took advantage of the system.

They make money from selling game. At this point, it's just being greedy!
