Flynn is good with Mega Man, but terrible with Sonic

He's not Terrible with Sonic...he's just not as good as we want him to be.

Tails Doll (all i have to say is this: MY EYES!!!)

1) Tails doll is a fan favorite. Using a character that fans talk about isn't terrible writing.
2) Pairing Sally With Khan was something PENDERS did when Khan was introduced.
3) Favoring Characters doesn't make him a terrible writer. It just disappoints fans who like the characters he ignores.
4) He's writing for characters who were well established. It is really hard to do that. This one is kinda the only legit complain.

You mean the Lovecraftian entity it morphed into? I actually didn't mind that. I thought it was better than its previous form. But it does feel out of place for a Sonic comic though. How is the Mega Man series? I've flipped through a few issues but haven't read anything. I did chuckle when I saw that Flynn inserted a reference to the Megas in one page.

Mega Man is pretty good. I liked Dreamwave's Mega Man better but still....

There are just two issues I don't like: Issue 19 which was one of the "Girls can do anything boys can do" issues that in my opinion made the girls look less then competent and issue 20 which was just a prologue to things to come which was boring.

You're asking questions about how a small doll can contain a giant monster yet ignoring things like how Hedgehogs can run at high speeds, Echidna's can glide, how the city is actually made of tiny robots as well as all the plants and water, and how characters change from 4 to five fingers without even caring? I don't think it really matters.

Also that is technically an art thing not a writing thing.

Simple: Sonic has pure athletic skill, Echidna's have a gene mutation that allows it, Science is amazing, and they were hiding their "missing finger"

And technically the Tails Doll could have used teleportation to swap places with the creature and such. Don't think to hard on it.

Also no amount of Athletic skill can make Sonic run that fast or not pass out or not burst in to flames at those speeds.

Doesn't Mega Man redeem the Robot Masters after fighting them? I glanced through a few issues and it looked that way.

And yeah, you can't think too hard on the logistics and science of all of this. It is still a comic book series about a fast, talking, anthropomorphic blue hedgehog. I will admit that I agree with Ben that the Tails Doll is out of place in this series. It will probably be destroyed soon though.

Yes and no. In the earlier issues, Mega Man redeemed the Light Robots (aka The original 6 Robot Masters from Mega Man 1 and the 2 extra ones from Powered Up), however most of the Mega Man 2 Bosses he killed and we've yet to see them back.

Yes. And it's extremely appropriate because of Tails Doll's terrifying reputation.

That's because he was on Mega Man from the beginning.

Read the first to issues of the Crossover and I'm all, "It is so bad....it's like a bad Mega Man/Sonic Fan Fiction"

Ignoring the terrible timing, the plot is so predictable it isn't even funny.

Eggman and Wily Meet. They decide to work together. They frame their respective nemesis and pit them against each other. The Heroes will likely realize they've been duped and attack their villains who will most likely start turning on each other due to their own greed. Lame.

Oh did I mention the Roboticized Tails?

It is also Sonic Genesis all over again. We'll randomly switch to an alternate universe for these events to happen. It isn't tied into either's main story in any way shape or form. It could have been it's own Universe arc or its own entity without interrupting both Comics at bad moments.

Its only saving grace is I haven't read the last issue yet. There is a chance that one won't suck. But I'm not holding my breath.

Still it's kinda a fun concept, it's just....it's like a bad fan fic or sprite comic. While I probably would read it on the web, it isn't something I wanna pay for.

I'm probably more excited about it because I read the issues in the store without paying.

It is also almost too close to the Disney Hercules/Aladdin crossover which was not all that great in itself.
