Want An Opinion Or Someone's Point-Of-View

You're a single mother whose been struggling for years. You've been through some hardships and abuse with different people, some who pretended to be your friends just to use you. Then you found this house with a room for rent, nice area, close to school and other good stuff, and the landlord seemed nice. She saw that you don't have much money, so in exchange for helping clean the house and watching her kids (cause she and her husband were too busy working) she takes $100 off your rent and offers you free internet. Too good to be true right?
Well, after 20 months you've seen many tenants come and go, and outta all of them you so far have been the best and most loyal tenant, still doing what's in your agreement and trying your best to be respectful to all those in the house. Yet there's a multitude of things wrong on your landlord's side of the agreement. The kids are selfish, greedy, whiny, disrespectful to everyone, extremely picky, and rude. The landlord has a bitchy attitude, apparently gets tenants who love to steal cheat and lie, thinks only about herself and kids and no one else, hates her husband, argues with him all the time, likes to feed into gossip whether it's true or not, "thinks her $h!t don't stink", has favoritism with other tenants who "kiss her ass" and emotionally brings her work home with her (she's a security guard). The husband is probably the only decent guy in the family so far. You wait months for the internet only to have it for 2 weeks then she changes the code on you just cause you didn't get to clean the house 1 day. She used to offer dinner but now she's stingy and gets mad when you ask about it. The tenants my landlord have in the house now are just as bad. One is a dictator, thinks he's God or something (and i'm sure God is unhappy with him) and the other is 45 years old who gossips like a damn 15-year old valley girl and has 2 twin kids who love to start trouble. And you wanna move out but you don't have enough money or you have no one to help you...or at least you think you don't. You finally tell your brother and his friend your situation. You say you wanna leave but you're afraid the landlord will scream at you and try to find ways to get your money, and to pressure you to stay cause you're depended on so much. So your friend says that your landlord is wrong for treating you like this and she will let you stay with her for free for a few months so you can get a better place and finally have time to get a job.
So...you tell your landlord last night "i'm gonna move on the 15th (this coming Monday), you can keep the security deposit. But i found a better place and i'm not going to change my mind about it." You see your landlord shaking like a leaf as she smokes a cigarette and starts blabbing about, saying as many possible excuses as she can in order to pressure you into staying there. And when you say "well, let me think about it", knowing your mind is made up, you leave her hanging for the next day, wondering if you changed your mind. And while you anxiously wait for her to come home work and tell her the news, you know what kinda person she is. It's possible she can try to kick you out or try to get your money by saying you owe her something. Or she can totally hate you and shun you til you move. Whatever her reaction may be, you're stuck thinking of the worst possible outcome.
Well, basically as of right now as i'm typing you this, this is what's goin on in my life. Yes, it's deeply personal and probably none of your guy's business, but i feel comfortable sharing this with you. And i just wanna know your thoughts, personal opinons, what advice you'd like to give me, etc. I'm still right now waiting for my landlord to come home...and so damn nervous about what's gonna happen. I hope she doesn't throw me out with my daughter...if she does my brother's friend will call her mom for help as a plan B. Hope it doesn't result to that. So yea, that's what's goin on. Pray for me, wish me luck okay. Thank you all
