As apart of my graduation requirement i have to do an internship in a restaurant or a place that involves Culinary in the fall. Now i am aiming for Disney (cause its Disney, Why not and its one of the places i can do) but i want to have a plan B, C, D, etc. Now i can go ANYWHERE in the U.S. (not international right now because i was a terrible student in the first tri.... and i had a teacher that never gives an A/ Bs are rare for him).
So since alot of you guys are all over the U.S. i was hoping you guys have any ideas where i can go.
I wanna get out of New England for awhile, i have looked at places in Denver, Seattle, Phoenix, New Orleans, etc. Anyone know of any good places/ areas that would be cool??

The one I've always gone to is in Ozark, MO, but the first one is in Sikeston, MO. There's also one in Foley, AL. But it seriously is one of the best places to eat. Great fried okra and best porkchops I've ever eaten.

Well that would be amusing.
i was thinking of out West... if i get a 3.3 GPA i can go international... a long shot but its possible. But as of right now im thinking Western U.S. (or Hawaii)

I'm sure Disney will take you. I had a friend who worked there as a student intern for many summers and he loved it. The only thing you need to be aware of is drama (as with any position). For a plan B, C, and D, I recommend Asheville (NC), Charlotte (NC), or Greenville (SC). Great culinary places to intern.
