@  furrykef : (25 July 2015 - 03:35 AM)

When was that? Depending on when it was, it might have been a DNS issue. Those should be gone now.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 10:10 PM)

Red said he couldnt get one

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

Wolfenstein: The New Order- 7/10

The Last of Us Remastered: 9.75/10

Some say that he knows 2 facts about ducks, and both of them are wrong. And that 61 years ago he accidentally introduced Her Majesty The Queen to a Greek racialist. All we know is, I'm going to the tower now to have my head cut off, and he is called The Stig.

Trouble in Terrorist Town(Gmod gametype): 8.5/10

I originally bought GMod to play Prop hunt but after doing research I noticed that 2 different game modes that are really popular, Darkrp(which I haven't tried but from what I see isn't for me) and Trouble in Terrorist town(or TTT for short).

The game requires Counter Strike source's textures to run properly, FYI so you'll need to own both Gmod and CS:S to run TTT or you can look up the textures online for free and put them in the gmod's directory. In this game mode, everyone is a terrorist but the twist is at the start of a round, the server picks 25% of the server and makes them Traitors who's job it is to kill every non-traitor player. No one but traitors knows who's a friend and whos and enemy but 2 or 3(depending on the number of players) friendly players are made detectives who have special gear that can help route out the trailers. Also shooting players without a reason or proof that they are a traitor is highly discouraged and is punishable up to and including banning depending on the server(this is called RDM or Random Deathmatch which is also discouraged in many Gmod gametypes). My only major gripes would be when you just start Gmod, you have to download everything from the server or the workshop which can take awhile. There's also the problems with the gmod engine itself. Overall if your looking for an interesting twist to an online shooter I highly recommend it, also get a mic(since it's faster to prove/lie your innocence via voice chat rather than text chat).

To give you a taste I found this video online(it's not mine) but it's from an older build btw:

Tomodachi Life - 5/10

Like Animal Crossing, I got sick of it REAL fast. It's way too dull.

Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon 10/10

This is a must play. It's amazing.

The Legend of Zelda A Link Between Worlds 7/10

I've always liked the 3D Zelda games better, because in my opinion they just were better. This one plays like the 2D ones but has some 3D aspects that make the puzzles more interesting. It's only a 7/10 because like Majora's Mask, I played the first hour, then I've yet to desire getting back on the game.

Pac-Man: Championship Edition - 10/10

All of the different mazes can be really addicting. Plus I love the Neon-Art Style.

Destiny: (Final Verdict) 8.5/10. What disappointed me the most was the lack of/extremely vague story. Other than that the game is awesome

I revise my opinion of Hearthstone to a solid 10/10. I've been playing it nearly every day for about two and a half months, and if that doesn't indicate a solid game, nothing does.

I also overestimated the grinding aspect in my previous assessment of it. In the time I've been playing, I've already gotten most of the commons and rares that I want. I'm only one Leeroy Jenkins short of a viable Miracle Rogue deck, though sadly Leeroy will get nerfed next week. (Sad for my plans of playing with him. Happy for not having to play against him so much.) And yet the only real money I invested was in Naxxramas, which wasn't overly expensive and which I don't regret doing.

It is frustrating starting out however. You'll quickly get frustrated because none of your cards seem to be useful. I'd say it only makes the game more worth while when you master your deck...but since I still suck at the game I can't make any promises.

Get your mage to level 10 and you should have a decent starting deck.

It also helps to spend your gold properly. You earn more in the Arena than buying packs if you play well; you should use the icy-veins.com Arena guide to help construct your deck. Then you should get a lot of good cards in short order.

Paladin's probably a bit tougher to start out as than Mage, but probably not a lot.

I know firsthand that the Mage's Basic cards are very good. Frostbolt, Fireball, Polymorph, Flamestrike, and Water Elemental are all Basic cards and all quite powerful. I have a deck where the only class-specific cars I use are those Basic cards, even though I have plenty of Mage cards from the Expert set. (This deck does have a number of neutral cards from the Expert set, though, like Azure Drake, Amani Berserker, etc.)

I'm not too crazy about Paladin because it relies more heavily on buffs than other classes. Its Hero Power is also pretty weak against Mage and several other classes.

There are two reasons I'm not crazy about buffs:
1) A buff card does nothing if you don't have a minion on the board. One situation that always sucks is having nothing on the board, and nothing in your hand you can play.
2) A buffed minion can still be silenced or killed.

Better than direct buff cards are cards like Shattered Sun Cleric and Dark Iron Dwarf that give you a minion and buff an existing minion at the same time. That way #1 can't happen, and if #2 happens you at least still have the minion.

Super Smash Bros. 64 - 10/10

I understand that it has several flaws...but with the mindset that it was simply the first one, this game is fucking amazing.

I like it better than Melee! (Melee feels like it's geared WAY too much to tourney guys, so it's much harder for me to unlock stuff, and I hate that. I traded it for this game)
