That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

You know, I'm going to post my own words. And to this Bobr Character...

That BobR character... :D Always defind the Selfish Man.

It sucks that Julie-SU and Hershey and the others we liked, been gone / history... I don't know let's just hope that Archie wins the case. I'll tell you, Ken Penders is no Stan Lee or Bob Kane. Do you know who truly own the righs of these characters? We do! We the readers, the true audiences, own the characters, as we grow up to love and hate these characters as Ken created. And you Ken had to get them off the table and take them away in your pockets! Stan Lee, Bob Kane, or any comic book creators would never think of having their own rights of the characters, not even the original creators of the Sonic Archie Comics will never think of something like that! So, BobR or whoever you are... if you're reading this and if you see your buddy Ken, tell him to let Archie own the rights of the characters so the people (The true owners) can see Julie-SU, Hershey, and the others as we enjoy to put them back in the comics again!! We own them, not you. I know the new stories of the Archie Comics is not that great anymore, but, Ken doesn't had to take away from the characters that we truly own.

i was thinking that the editors told Penders to do that to create a odd plot twist for the current Arc. From what i have been told Archie had the upper hand in the settlement

Well Julie-Su WAS on the cover of the issue so im still thinking that their disappearance is a plot device... same with Hershey being "killed"

But here's what gets me, the encolypedia had them in there, and it should have been alter too, but it wasn't, so that tells me, that some kind of settlement had to be reached. Doesn't it say that to you?

Archie Sonic most likely did indeed flip the bird at Penders by removing his cast from the book. And yet, they did it to the fans who were fans of these characters too.

Wonderful...

They might as well nuke the whole the comic only cast already while they're at it. It's obvious they're just mere cannon fodder for the benefit of SegaSonic's golden gooses.

I don't think Archie had to drop them at all, but did so out of spite.


I would've dropped them as well, considering what's at stake. It's a risky business. If there's sacrifices to be made, its best to do it out of precaution.

What's at stake? It's most likely they won the court case, so why drop them if they can keep them? That only will tick off fans who like these characters.

They probably are, though I admit Flynn doesn't deserve any for this incident.

It appears this decision was made by one of the big brass upstairs.
