There's no Sonic TV Show coming up. Just posting a topic for you guys just to see if there's a new Sonic Show coming out and you guys will recommend... just in case.

something that stays true to the spirit of the games, or even adapts certain stories, while adding elements to make it stand out and more unique. like the Fleetway comic.

I think I would be in favor of a show that includes a few characters from the games (so newer fans will watch it), but it would be separate from other Sonic media. Basically, it would be its own thing just like SatAM.

I would like it to be a retelling of the games, following the true canon, but also telling its own stories.

I think that's the perfect way to adapt a videogame: have the original characters, the original setting, add a new supporting cast, tell stories which fit in the continuity and, every now and then, have a two or three part episode which directly adapts a game.

Example:

01 - Present the setting and premise, adapt Sonic 1, part 1
02 - Adapt Sonic 2, part 2
03, 04, 05 - Continue adding supporting cast and exploring the setting. A bit of filler is sometimes nice.
06 - Adapt Sonic 2, part 1 (add Tails)
07 - Adapt Sonic 2, part 2
08, 09, 10 - Explore Sonic and Tails's relationship. A few filler missions. Add depth to the supporting cast.
11 - Adapt Sonic 3 & Knuckles, part 1
12 - Adapt Sonic 3 & Knuckles, part 2
13 - Adapt Sonic 3 & Knuckles, part 3

End of Season 1.

Like i want to see like a combination of Comic and Games type show. Maybe have a Sally vs Amy episode in there with Sally winning

How about an adaptation of the games, starting with Sonic Adventure? And maybe some original content.

Maybe like SatAM, but with a lighter tone.

Ho boy... first post in ages... let's see...
A series with it's own spin on some of the games.
Season 1 would mainly cover the setting and introduce Sonic and Tails, who operate seperatley and are forced to cooperate with each other against robotnik, who builds a super weapon positioned in orbit (Sonics 1 and 2) and holds the world to ransom with that and a robot army. They manage to beat him and destroy his satelite but crash onto a deserted island that is not on any of the planets maps. They soon realize that they landed on the legendary floating island and that Robotnik got there before them and has turned a lone guardian of the island (Knuckles) against them, who believes that the heroes are trying to steal the fabled Chaos Emeralds, While Robotnik secretly tracks them himself. After some skirmishes, Sonic, Tails and Knux find themselves at a makeshift launch bay where Robotniks Robots have rebuilt his super weapon (This canons Death Egg) and he is using the Chaos Emeralds to power it. It is also revealed that robots have recorded Sonic's actions and made a robotic duplicate of Sonic who engages the 3. Knuckles helps Sonic catch up to the Death Egg before it launches and faces off against Robotnik a final time, the battle is so intense that the satelite begins to break apart before it reaches orbit and it crashes back down to the planet. Tails and Knuckles (After destroying Robo Sonic) look for the wreckage but mysteriously cant find it...
In a post Credits stinger, Sonic wakes up on a strange world covered in tall flowers, Near a large chain going far into the sky. A pink female hedgehog then approaches him. End of Season 1

I'm pretty sure a New Sonic Show would either be a TV show or Webisodes. 'Sides, who the heck wants to pay to go to the theater every day just to see the new episode of Sonic?

That would be pretty cool if they were done right. I wouldn't want them to turn out like Land Before Time though and basically be a new movie that is slightly worse then the previous released basically every year.

Land Before Time learned after the 14th film. They switched to TV for a little while before dying.

If a new comic or TV show were to come up, I think it would be something reminiscent of the games. Think about it: more people play, and are more familiar with, the games than the comic books. It's not what I'd like to happen, but what gonna happen.
