That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

Try watching the 4kids version of One Piece... i had a glass Snapple bottle next to me and i wanted to hit myself in the head with it

and no one really liked Sonic X... at least the Anime version


Well, to be fair, the Japanese version of Sonic X wasn't too bad at times.

The music was ALOT better, the dialouge much more mature and fluent. Even the atmosphere and SFX were better too.

But yea, the series itself was still pretty bad overall. Other than a few epic battle scenes and Cosmo's tragic sacrifice, it seriously sucked. Way too filler human characters and the worst human sidekick for Sonic EVER.

I seriously would like to know whose bright idea it was to shove Chris Thorndyke down our throats almost every single episode. He was pathetic, whiny and complete a waste of space.


Most of the series was unoriginal... copying the games story for most of the episodes... hell out of all 4 Sonic TV shows (not including the OVA) Sonic X was the worst...

Actually, only the second season adapted the games. Ex-SA, SA2, and Sonic Battle.

No kidding it was unoriginal, and 4Kids made the series 100X worse with its dub. After seeing a comparison of the two, I seriously could not help but look on absolutely dumbfounded at how abominable of a job they did on it.

It's almost night and day at times when contrasted.

Well, there is some truth to that I suppose. Still, the constant one liners and watering down made me want to face palm so much.

Sonic X was originally made for teens and up. The fact 4Kids thought they could make a kid's version of it and succeed was nothing short of ludicrous.

Actually, it's considered a kids' show back in Japan. Sure, there was more violence and swearing in the original dub, but that's normal for most children's shows over there. What's normal for them could be offensive to us, and it's often censored out whenever it's aired over here.

Stuff like Sonic yelling "Shit!" and flipping the bird and jokes centered around Rouge's breasts are kids stuff there. Even brutal violence is allowed at times (but nothing too extreme or overly gory).
