Maybe sally can slap the s*** outta Khan??
Oh, I'd love to see it happen, but I doubt Ian would have Sally do something like that after contrively making her fall in love with this moron.

That was Penders who wrote that.

Maybe Sonic can tell her that this idiot didnt help getting her back to normal

That was Penders who wrote that.
It was Karl Bollers who wrote that story actually.
"The Devil Inside is the new scam from director William Something Something. The movie stars actors and was edited on a computer. Somewhere. This movie is the latest film in a series of very low budget films designed to look like real movies! And be released in theaters to make a quick buck via a horribly off kilter budget to profit ratio that the general public seem to be stupidly unaware of! These films use to be called 'direct to video' but now they are called 'first run features'. These films then vanish from the theaters, like a rapist leaving the scene of a crime." - Mike Stoklasa of RedLetterMedia

...She slapped Sonic.
Yea, but that was merely done to break up Sonic and Sally's relationship, not because it was the best decision for the comic or Sonic actually deserved it.
Plus, Sally by that time was an emotional basket case and clearly was not thinking clearly.
Maybe Sonic can tell her that this idiot didn't help getting her back to normal
I hope she does, but even then I doubt Ian would make Sally slap him.
I mean, she actually visited this moron on the same night as her date with Sonic. Seriously, what was up with that? It's as if she still couldn't make up her mind.
Oh wait...

Well the drama isn't helping much
Of course not. It's fake, contrived and done just to get a reaction out of the fans. Drama must be well written for it have a purpose in a story.
This is something Ian obviously never learned.
This is why SEGA doesn't make deep stories for Sonic games anymore. Cause this crap happens.
Sad, but true.
Still, Sega could make deep story games if they would actually put some effort into them.
SA1 and SA2 showed me it can be done. They just need to try and quit milking Sonic as a franchise.

Really? I always thought it's because Sonic games are more or less aimed at a child audience since that's the franchises main source of bread and butter and kiddies aren't exactly going to understand deep stories with a lot of thought put into them.
Come to think of it, when has an actual Sonic game had a deep story? I guess it must of happened when I stopped playing them around Sonic Heroes. But the few I have played since then are lacking in the story department.
They just need to try and quit milking Sonic as a franchise.
Never going to happen because that's exactly what it is. It's a franchise and it's sole purpose is to make them money, just like every other franchise out there. The Sonic franchise is no different to the likes of Transformers, Star Wars, Batman or anything else.

I think you're not giving kiddies enough credit.kiddies aren't exactly going to understand deep stories with a lot of thought put into them.
I think it's true that subtlety tends to go right past kids, but I don't think that means they'd enjoy the story any less, and they'd certainly understand the broad points of what's going on.

True, but that hasn't stopped them from watching more mediocre shows like "Inspector Gadget", "Rocky and Bullwinkle", and every sitcom airing on Disney and Nickelodeon. As long as they have something fun to enjoy (be it fast-paced action, cheesy/crude humor, or fun-loving characters), they'll be all over it. They just wanna kick back and watch their favorite shows, not over-analyze it like a homework assignment.

Let's also not forget that parents often watch TV with their kids, so it certainly helps to entertain adults even if you're targeting stuff for kids. That applies rather less to video games, though.
