Present has to be someone HUGE and Bubbly. I mean it's Christmas present... though technically present "ages" and "dies" over the course of his visit.
AND Future has to be Scary...
Then again I have no idea what started this thread or if I really should be able to see it.

But, back to the topic!

"Everyone creates the thing that they dread. Men of peace create engines of war. Invaders create Avengers. People create... smaller people...? CHILDREN! (chuckles) Lost the word there..."

I'm unsure about the ghosts of Past and Present. I suppose that Max and Robotnik would work, respectively, though I've no strong opinion on the matter. Having Antoine as a ghost has quite a bit of fun potential, though it'd lighten up the tone a bit too much for my taste. I realize that this adaptation is very tongue-in-cheek, what with the narrator interacting with the cast, the "Roast" joke, and whatnot, but at the same time Sally herself is being written in a serious manner, with characterization that provides insight into the struggles of the actual SatAM character. I'm hoping the story will become increasingly serious as it progresses.
To that end, the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come simply has to be played by Naugus, cloaked with only his eyes showing, along with hints of his claw and horn. Thematically, he's a perfect fit, his eyes having embodied the notion of what was yet to come, a dark future that might be, ever since SatAM's cancellation. Taking Sea3on into account, Naugus is also tied to the character flaws plaguing the Scrooge version of Sally. Naugus has essentially become Sal's nemesis in Sea3on, bringing out the darker side of her as she pushes herself harder and harder to save her father. Though Sally has thus far limited the damage of her obsession to herself, it is the same overwhelming drive that has increasingly consumed her Scrooge counterpart.

present: The King or Uncle Chuck.
Future: Naugus, no doubt.
and I agree, only tails can be tiny tim. But who would Rotor's wife be, bunny? And since we've introduced Knuckles into Sea3on, I think we could use him as maybe a grave digger in christmas future?
