Aw, I thought you meant JR as in Julian Robotnik. XP
What's a pump shoe anyway?
And you know, if I wanted it really badly I'd dare to paint the shoe myself too. I've been eying my black sneakers looking for ways to add read to them.

I thought it would be awesome to have his pattern on it by having the middle of the pattern (the main circle part) in the middle part of the shoe front. Then the arms go of the circle go out as they usually do with the top line going up and then splitting off to line the shoe opening.

It's acrylic paint. As it's a dark shirt you first need to paint it all white. Add several layers until is nice and strong. I used a blow dryer to speed up the process. When that's dry, then repaint it with the desired color, also adding several layers until is nice and even and thick when it's dry.
if the fabric's stretchy you must stretch it a bit because when it dries it shrinks and then it will crack up when you wear it and stretch it again. Happened to me here, doesn't look too apparent is the photos but it does look bad when you see it with your own eyes. If you notice the line from the collar down is very smooth and nice while the rest looks wrinkled and cracked. That's because I added enough layers to that part but the rest I was impatient to have it done so it was thin and broke.
