First I'm gonna make one black with the design red. Then a red one with the original colors.
Here's the WIP. Fist we have to paint the are white so it's easier when applying the color later as the fabric sorts of absorbs the paint and so it takes several layers. Is harder and more tedious than you imagine, believe me.

I'm 5'6'' tall and weight around 210 last time I checked. And that's the good thing about it. I won't feel bad because I'm too fat to use it. Instead I'm not fat enough.
Acrylic paint. Use white first to seal the fabric, then use the color you want. Piece of cardboard inside the shirt so you don't end up painting the other side. The best part about this one it's that since it's a very flat symbol anyone can do it. So you could try doing it yourself. Oh and acrylic matte sealer for when it's done so it lasts longer.

For your height the average weight is around 170. So that doesn't make you fat, it makes you slightly overweight. Mine's 140-160, so that makes me more overweight than you.
Plus I've stopped thinking I'm fat from seeing people waaaay worst than me.

"My life philosophy is 'Carpe Scrotum'. You gotta grab life by the balls, man."
I'm 5' 6" and slightly overweight but I don't bother weighing myself. I just judge by whether I can fit in me jeans or how long my upper arm carries on waving after I've stopped.
I'm shedding some weight over the next few days/weeks.

Now you're probably just prejudiced. Doesn't matter how much you weight as long as you keep an eye on your health.
Plus, is better to have something soft and squishy to lean against than something hard.
