Shaw! isn't supposed to know any more about the outcome of the settlement than we do.Apparently Scott Shaw is now going to sue Archie for similar reasons....
This tells me Penders came out on top otherwise nobody would have wasted the effort a second time.

I'm just gonna say what's on my mind...that outfit is awful on Sally and i hope when she gets deroboticized that she'll go back to her traditional look. I can say the boots do look cool on her and maybe there could be some advantages to them, like the possibility they could have some special powers or abilities. With that being said, the boots should stay on her but that outfit's gotta go.
However, with Sally's old vest gone, maybe someone will make her a new vest, and hopefully it will still be blue...or at least a color that goes good with her fur LOL

The only way it could grate with a fan, that I can think of, is that it is basically making Sally another SEGA copy/paste. The clothes are a mandate of sorts on all female SegaSonic chars, and Sally broke the mold. This redesign could make her just like Rouge/Amy/etc. in theory... Then again, there are still several "nude" ArchieSonic chars who haven't been axed yet. Like I said, just a theory. I personally think the redesign is badass.

Fiona isn't misunderstood, she just wants to be.
She's a very shallow character who acts that's she very deep and complex. But that's the idea they were going for and that is what makes her a good character.
While personally I liked her more as a good guy then a bad guy, the character is way better written since she became a bad guy.

Granted, it's merely a guess and rough sketch drawing from a fan, but this might not be that far off.
If by "not that far off", you meant "nothing like the planned design", than yeah. The sketch was not that far off.

In case this hasn't been pointed out, they've been redesigning almost EVERYONE!
I mean what's next? The Penders characters return looking like stick-figures covered in their own blood? And half the fans are outraged and the other half think the first are overreacting?
A petition to keep up to a third of the characters in the sonic comics from being lost forever.

You are just really butthurt about this whole thing aren't ya? You can't stand to see these characters changed in the slightest, because characters in anything have never been redesigned before and this is no exception.

And you bring up a good point. All these fans complaing about the redesigns taking the last remaining parts of SatAM away seem to only be looking at the redesigns. There's more to a character then how they look. Sure the designs have been altered, however, if the character inside remains the same personality wise, that's probably the most important thing.
I'd rather them be the same inside and look different then have their old looks but feel like completely different characters. Do I need to bring up Sally from 134-159 as an example? Because that was dog shit.
