That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

I'm hoping it's 250, and that the crossover will be pushed aside, and have only a tiny story in that issue.
Plus, I'm not blaming Ian, I'm blaming Archie. I always hated that nerd. Even after he introduced me to Sonic.

Really wasn't impressed; perhaps "underwhelmed" describes my general feelings better. I think the MM series put out by Dreamwave (back in...2003?) was better.

Meh.

People have going off and on about how this new design brings Sally closer to the SEGA style. Now I get that some people don't like this style, but I don't see how dressing more SEGA ruins the character.

Heck I'm not seeing the whole Redesign as ruining the character.

Most of us Recognize this design as Mario Posted Image but he started as this Posted Image. Which do you prefer?
And more with comic books....remember Wolverine going from thisPosted Image to this Posted Imageto this Posted Imageand finally this Posted Image?
Comic book characters get redesigned all the time. However they tend to be the same person within. Sure Sally's clothes are changing to be more SEGA, but that doesn't mean she's going to act different. I doesn't mean she's suddenly a different character.
And it hasn't happened yet. There is still a chance that the design will change between now and when she changes. Let's take the wait and see approach.


Mario and Link's updated designs were obvious improvements though, made by a competent video game company in Nintendo.

Here? I'm not seeing how this look improves Sally at all. The only thing I'll admit looks better is the color scheme design of her shoes. The black shirt and shorts don't do anything but just clothe her female body, and the rest is the same as Amy's rose design, but a different color of rings around her Sega gloves.

Not to mention her new hair style is kinda ugly looking since it's the same as her weaponized form, which isn't exactly a plus.

But yes, you're right it's best to wait and see. Maybe they'll modify her look her later on and it'll be even better. Still, I seriously doubt this new Sally will be for the better.

Hopefully there will be some tweaks. It was probably a prototype design mostly thrown up to everyone she's coming back.

I just noticed the third Wolverine pic spells out the Chinese character for "death" (死) in blood. Nice subtlety there.

Or at least it almost spells it. There's a stroke missing on the right half.

I doubt it was Sega since they couldn't care less about Sally now. My thinking is it was the head of Archie's staff since they wanted to quell about the rumors about her being stuck as a robot or killed. Ian might even had a hand in this because he's most likely sick of all the venom filled letters and fans saying he's a Sally hater.

Although, the irony is, this closed one can of worms for Ian while opening another. Posted Image
