I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Wow, just wow. I know if I did try to get back into wow for MOP right now I'd be ticked off if this happened to me. Also as a side note, the youtube video really made my day.
