I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Some say that he knows 2 facts about ducks, and both of them are wrong. And that 61 years ago he accidentally introduced Her Majesty The Queen to a Greek racialist. All we know is, I'm going to the tower now to have my head cut off, and he is called The Stig.

Any reasons why these specific ones?

Sally's choice is self explanatory since she really captured her voice well.

I couldn't think of a better one for Bunnie since Ashleigh Ball does a superb job with AppleJack and her southern bell accent.

I picked Jennifer Hale for Julie-Su since she did the voice for Samus Aran during her Metroid Prime games. Not to mention they're kinda similar characters when it comes to their tomboyish personalities.

Rotor's VA is the same as the Satam one since I thought he did a good job.

As for Lien-Da's, McCormick did a really nice job voicing a female villain in a video game when she did one, which is why I picked her.

And Snively's... I thought he deserved a better voice actor than one in Satam who sounded too whiny and silly at times. This one actually would make him sound competent as a villain.

Not to mention Stephens did a superb job voicing the main villain from one of the top video games of 2011.

Well, if I had to pick someone for her, she could voice Julie-Su since she does sound alot like a tomboyish female.

I just wanted to know why you picked them. I actually was going to say something else but then forgot what I was typing so I wrote "makes sense".

I got an idea for the SatAM take on Robotnik, though it's a bit odd, but hear me out:

Make him Eggman Nega.

Think about it; as it stands, Nega is a recolored Eggman who serves as an Evil Twin to Eggman proper, being notably more evil and ruthless... and design wise, it's something of a cheat.

So, rework his concept; take the visuals of SatAM's Robotnik and recolr him to fit Nega's theme. Origins could also be a bit like Archie's take on Robo-Robotnik/Eggman; he would be an extradimensional counterpart of Eggman's who managed to conquer his world, and now seeks to relive the excitement of conquering it by targeting the regular world.
