@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

What do you think of it?

And look what I found on Wikipedia

Sonic Underground is currently available on Netflix instant streaming.
Starting on June 11th, Sonic Underground will start airing on Disney xD. And if successful, will be revived for new episodes.

Have you found any source or any other mention of it outside Wikipedia?
If not, my guess is that MAYBE it will be on Disney xD. New episodes? I think not. I've seen enough Wikipedia trolling.

......NEW EPISODES?

Hell no. If this gets revived and not SatAM- not even AoStH, I'll be freakin' pissed.

I looked through my Dish guide and it will actually be on. I can't see it getting any new episodes, but if it did, maybe it'll spark new interest in Satam?

Yeah, because I'm sure SEGA will allow DiC to go back into production on the one Sonic show that it universally panned by the fandom and was the least popular one when the most logical choice would be to either start a new cartoon or carry on from the much more popular Sonic X. Yeah, I do totally see SEGA giving DiC the license to do it all over again with Underground.
'Star Wars' is my story, just like my house is my house. So if I wanna paint my house green, even if everyone else thinks it should be red, guess what? I'm gonna paint it Jar Jar! - George Lucas

"The Devil Inside is the new scam from director William Something Something. The movie stars actors and was edited on a computer. Somewhere. This movie is the latest film in a series of very low budget films designed to look like real movies! And be released in theaters to make a quick buck via a horribly off kilter budget to profit ratio that the general public seem to be stupidly unaware of! These films use to be called 'direct to video' but now they are called 'first run features'. These films then vanish from the theaters, like a rapist leaving the scene of a crime." - Mike Stoklasa of RedLetterMedia

Is that a hint of sarcasm I detect?

Yeah, I kinda knew that the moment I read that statement. I mean, the show's been off production since 2000 and the writers have stated before that there weren't going to be anymore episodes since the series was never commissioned for a 2nd season. The same thing can be said for SatAM as well.

Considering adding new episodes to a Sonic show that was unbelievably horrible the first time it came on rather than the Sonic show that surpasses every other Sonic cartoon?
That makes no sense. :grrr:

Who knows? If "Underground" had continued onto a 2nd season, they could've made it better. Oftentimes, television producers look at the common complaints of a show during its first run and try correcting many of them in the 2nd production in order to fix the fans' reception. In the case of "Underground", they could've added Tails and others to the cast and maybe make better songs by adding them into more song-appropriate scenes (like maybe before the end credits).

Also, people complain about SatAM having the shortest amount of episodes of all existing Sonic series, but here's the thing: It's the only American Sonic series to be given another season. Both AoStH and "Underground" got only one season, so there's something to be thankful about.

EDIT: SatAM might've been a good show, but it didn't appease all Sonic fans. The writing sometimes wasn't as great as its reputation makes it sound, many game elements were completely left out, and several characters were either found annoying, spotlight-stealing, or underdeveloped. If there's to be a new show coming soon, it'll have to appeal to all Sonic fans (if that's even possible). It could be a mixture of all previous shows and comics/manga, or maybe a completely different show. But considering the possible "2012 reboot"-rumor going around, I'd probably lean towards the latter.

I think if any Sonic show were to be revived.. It wuld be Sonic X. Mostly because it wouldn't be all that hard to do it. Underground will just be aired as a rerun to fill in the summer schedule.

Underground is on waaaaaaay too early for me (9 am my time). I even have three alarms set so I could get up beforehand and bum around the house but....meh.
