That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

This has been bugging me for a long time. This mainly has to do with Robotnik.
If you look through all the merchandising Sonic had back in the 90's, from coloring books to childrens books to even things containing the SatAM cast you will always find the fat nosed Adventures of Sonic version of Robotnik in it. The SatAM Robotnik has never been featured in anything outside of the show as far as my knowledge. Even in the pogs that had pictures of Sally had the wrong Robotnik in it. Hell, even games like Sonic Triple Trouble and Spinball had that version of Robotnik on it. On one hand I could theorize this was because Adventures ran on longer so people knew this one more, but why was he mixed in with SatAM too?

Probably due to the fact that Sonic is the same voice actor, and both cartoons ran at the same time. Many people who didn't watch the show wouldn't have really known the difference.

But you missed the point is that the SatAM cast has been featured in merchandising despite the popularity spike.

Perhaps they thought the SatAM Robotnik was "too evil" to use. The AoStH Robotnik is no doubt more kid-friendly... both personality wise in the show and just by his looks. Even the books with the SatAM characters are more toned down and not as dark as the cartoon was... that's really the only reason I can think of why they would change Robotniks on us.

I don't know if anyone's noticed, but Sonic Underground will be on Disney X D starting Monday morning at 9/8 central.

In this parody of sonic pinball there seem to be depictions of Robotnik (on his robots, the robotnik in the bubble thing) that seem similar to the satam robotnik. I don't know if it's just because the creator liked satam or if it's actually in the game. It's funny how much better the Satam robotnik looks when used in this sense, the scorpion version looked quite good. Oh yeah, and Cluck is in it - it seems.

I just noticed this same thing, but in reverse. I was looking over an AoStH box when I noticed SatAM Robotnik on the cover. Weird stuff. Makes me wonder if people screen the stuff before they make the boxsets. Just seems lazy to me.

I'm still hoping that a Sonic X release features SatAM Tails and AoStH Robotnik xD
