I don't care for singers much... it's actually shocked me that some songs I love were sung by singers I don't. Still, Chicks Dig it is a country song that basically states 'i do crazy stuff because the chicks dig it.'

Lyn Yvhv: New Future Weapon, by Billy Idol. (can't find one that has the exact words, but this is close enough)
Rick Tyger: Country Boy Can Survive, by Hank Williams, Jr., Lynda, by Steve Wariner (replace "Lynda" with "Jessica"), Big Iron, by Marty Robbins (Rick has filled this roll more times than either of us can count), John Deere Green, by Joe Diffie (This is how Rick's dad proposed to his mom).
Luna Yvhv (no relation to the other Yvhvs): Stars, by Roxette (I think this one captures the bond between her and Rick, as they're kinda stuck together for the most part).
"Jed" the Exterminator: American Ride, by Toby Keith (Jed's got that sort of weird "I love this stuff" attitude when faced with stuff that would send Mulder and Skully running for the hills), Beer For My Horses, by Toby Keith and Willie Nielson (Jed embondies the sentiment, even though he doesn't drink.
