@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

I heard that Sonic FUS was planning to release a DVD film called "Sonic the Hedgehog: Beware of Aftermaths" based on the comic that they are doing right now? Is this true?

I have no knowledge of FUS releasing that....however we do have Sea3on, a comic adaption of what Season 3 could have been.

Sonic the Hedgehog: Beware of Aftermaths is the supposed first two episodes of season 3 that were never released (according to a last minute google search). Apparently though they were unfinished, there are brief summaries of the first 3 episodes.

'Beware the Aftermath' was actually the first story of the first Season 3 comic started at FUS (dubbed Sea3on), if I recall correctly, that story was 3 issues long. And oh look! The 3rd episode in that link is 'The Journal', the story I wrote for the original season 3 comic, which was also 3 issues long but the final one was never put together.

While I know that the original Sea3on comic was based off of Ben's outline for what could of happened in season 3, not all of it was from the outline and for the most part the writers were given a basic outline and we had to fill in the blanks. And as far as I know, that's all it was, basic outlines. The season wasn't fully thought out properly when the show was cancelled and I know that a couple of the issues in question were just stories made up for the comic and wouldn't of been part of season 3.
'Star Wars' is my story, just like my house is my house. So if I wanna paint my house green, even if everyone else thinks it should be red, guess what? I'm gonna paint it Jar Jar! - George Lucas

"The Devil Inside is the new scam from director William Something Something. The movie stars actors and was edited on a computer. Somewhere. This movie is the latest film in a series of very low budget films designed to look like real movies! And be released in theaters to make a quick buck via a horribly off kilter budget to profit ratio that the general public seem to be stupidly unaware of! These films use to be called 'direct to video' but now they are called 'first run features'. These films then vanish from the theaters, like a rapist leaving the scene of a crime." - Mike Stoklasa of RedLetterMedia

I remember seeing the comic some time ago... I don't remember much from the story, but I do recall the artwork shifting styles from page to page (... which reminds me... gotta stop doing that with sea3on :P), and sometimes even from panel to panel, if memory serves.

Heh. That's cuz several different artists worked on it. Sonique had trouble getting people to turn in stuff on time. Hell, she even asked me once if I could do some work on it, but I had too much crap to deal with at the time & had to decline.

...

I think I have the "hi" versions of all three issues somewhere in my archives.

I remember that comic. I thought it was an interesting (albeit distracting) concept to have multiple artists alternate drawing each panel. And the cover was pretty badass. But otherwise, the current Sea3on comic is superior, in my opinion.
