@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

I actually have watched  Michiko to Hatchin.   When I was down at comic con a few years ago a buddy put it on my computer.  Its a pretty goood show all in all.  More then what I was expecting it to be.

Right now I'm just waiting for winter season to kick in.  There are a few shows I'll probably check out...I think most should be starting next week or the week after.[/size]

I enjoyed Michiko Hatchin because it's style is similar to Cowboy Bebop, but with a different storyline. The art and music have the same feel.

It has a completely different story, but it keeps you interested. There were some things I didn't like about it though.

This is the show I'm currently excited for these year: Kyoukai no Rinne. It's supposed to be similar to Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2 (minus the body changes and half-dog demon). For some reason it looks like an overall decent show.

Spoiler

I also know this is an advertisement for the Manga, but it only shows how funny the show will actually be when it is released in anime form.

Release date is April 2015, which is the month of my birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

Here is a great source to look at different anime titles and art covers before they release. Gintama also looks interesting to watch. At one point I think I was interested in the Manga, but I never actually bought any copies because I was interested in other novels at the time.

I know its not current, but if you guys get the chance, you should watch the Persona 4 anime. Its a nice 25 episode abridged version of the game and its freaking hilarious. It's on YouTube and Hulu. I think its also on crunchyroll as well

Some say that he knows 2 facts about ducks, and both of them are wrong. And that 61 years ago he accidentally introduced Her Majesty The Queen to a Greek racialist. All we know is, I'm going to the tower now to have my head cut off, and he is called The Stig.

Despite it not being current, I got the complete Panty and Stocking boxset, and I do really love the series. It feels a lot more like Ren and Stimpy than something like South Park, though.

But the ending was fucking terrible. Fucking Gainax.

Thanks for drawing my attention to it, Ben.  It's very enjoyable, even if you've never played the game.

Seraph of the End is really good as well.  Although Only 3 episodes are out.  But the manga is quite good so I do have hopes for it.

Simply put a virus wipes out 90% of the population obove the age of 13.  Most children are then taken hostage basically by Vampires who use them as nothing more then cattle.

You might think "Oh another Vampire show" but its really not the same as others.  So..worth the look .

Tough call...13 & 14 were really cool because 13 shows what happened from Nanako's perspective and then 14 shows what was -really- going on in the same timeframe.  And I thought it was neat how they worked Kitsune into the series.  Some might consider those eps "filler", but Kitsune was actually in the game yet those eps weren't blatant about it.

The "school camping trip" episode made me laugh a few times too.

The Summer vacation episodes were rather good.

What about the Trip to the island (aka Persona 3's setting) with the King's game (with Yu Narukami effectively becoming the Bro-Swagonist) and the Cultural festival?

That was good too, but not my favorite.

{Edit: Does the Animation use the same voice cast as the game?  I've been watching some of the P4 game-play videos on You Tube and most of the character voices sound the same to me.}

Again, not current, but I got Sailor Moon Season 1 Vol. 1 for cheap.

Thankfully it's the new dub and it IS a pretty adorable show to keep on when I'm playing on my 3DS or something.

I think Chie's is different but everyone is the same.

I like having Jonny Yong Bosch as Yu's voice

Watching Nisekoi - season 2... Love the manga and to be honest the anime has kept up with it quite well.    Also watching Highschool DxD BorN.  Because of fan service.  Not because of cool story...Season 3 is much like the first 2 seasons.  Fan.Service.
