@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

I figured it might be fun to start up my own "art board" here for my random Sonic and Co. doodles that would probably never see the light of day anyway as I am lazy lazy. They'll mostly be sketches, with the occasional quick comic strip, animation, and finished work when the mood strikes me. I love feedback, so anything you guys have would be welcome and appreciated. :D

AND NOW FOR THE FIRST RANDOM DOODLE PAGE.

Bloody fingers Meira because I just today learned that knives are sharp, and if you accidentally gouge a sizable chunk of flesh out of your finger with them, they bleed like crazy. Who knew? Now I get to rock out some surgical superglue for a few days like a BOSS.

Also- Tetanus shots. Ow- my arm's sore. o_x

Random Scourge because I had never attempted him before, and his teeth are fun. :K
Rage Comic Meme-ified Sonic for the lulz. Got my sister to laugh at least.
Silver? IDK- he's fun to draw, and I like him as a character. *shrug* He just kinda fell on the page really.

ALSO- BEHOLD COLOR.

I KIND OF WANT TO MAKE THIS MY SIG. ONLY, YOU KNOW, SIG SIZED AND NOT SO HUGE. THIS IS A GOOD IDEA Y/Y?
unless this sort of language is deemed as too offensive for the boards in which case no?

At the risk of sounding like I don't have anything useful to say (since I don't ;)), nice work. :3

I know. I'm actually pretty good myself (I've been paid for an ad I've done before), but my inking and coloring skills leave much to be desired.

Your really good.

Mental note: Turn off Accelerator before checking art topics. *10 minutes later* Awesome work. Well worth the extra loading time.

And yes, knives can be very sharp. I once cut a finger open with a super-sharp steak knife because I came from the dollar store and I understimated its ability to cut through a tomato. I didn't notice I was cut until tomato juice got into the cut. And yes, it did bleed for quite some time.

Also, yes, tetanus shots can be annoying. Last year, I replaced the door knobs on my back door. It has a metal frame that goes around the door, so I had to take that off to do so. As I was replacing the bottom part of the frame, the wind caught the door and took a chunk out of my right arm. Just barely small enough not to require stitches. But I most certainly did need a tetanus shot.

@Red: Wow- you got paid to do an ad before? That's pretty sweet! X3 I've done commission work here and there, but never anything like an ad. :D

@Vlad: Yeah, knives of all sorts are treacherous. ^^; When I was a kid, my mother somehow put a flippin' butterknife THROUGH her hand. I'm still trying to figure out how she did that. o_0

More people get hurt by dull knives than sharp ones. Usually, because they use too much pressure and don't pay enough attention to the body part that the knife is going to hit. Either that, or she was playing that hand/knife game from the Alien movies...

Chief can top that one. He cut off a whole finger (or at least a pretty good part of it).

They got it back on, though.

Looking good Ann! I love sketches...so fun to see :). I'm not a personal fan of the language but there's nothing in the board rules against it...go ahead and use it if you want.

Great art, although I do have to agree with Bakuda, I do not agree with the memeitized Sonic's language. But it's all in a meme.

And yes that means I will not (ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT) put any swearing in the Sonic SatAM game. Not that I expected any of you to ask me to do it.

Don't worry, we don't judge different opinions on Sonic characters here. We only laugh at the people we disagree with behind their backs. ;)
