Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

Well obviousl for me I like SatAM the most. It definitely has its flaws, but there are so many good things about it that I can overlook them.

I remember liking Adventures quite a bit as a kid, however it is defineitely a show that has not aged with me. As an adult I can't really sit through it much.

I did watch the Christmas Special, and I thought that it was attrocious. It was like SatAM and Adventures got really drunk at a party one night and...yeah...

I attempted to watch Sonic Underground but I couldn't get past the music or the cheesy cliche plot. In fact, I had no hope for this show before I even heard the first in-eipisode song. The backstory of the three siblings made me cringe, and their mother looks terrible. Not to mention that Jaleel White, who is perfectly fine as Sonic, never should have tried to voice a girl. Nails on a chalk-board.

I have seen Night of the Werehog. I thought it was cute. I've never played Unleashed, though.

I haven't seen the OVA in it's entirety, either. I really should, because it seems fun.

As for Sonic X, I've only seen the English version. I'd like to watch it in Japanese, since I heard that is far better because let's face it, 4Kids ruins everything. However, I did actually kind of like Sonic X. It really boggles even my own mind as to why I would like this show. It has no logic, yet at the same time I guess it knows this fact and just doesn't care, and for that it has a certain charm that I found appealing.

1. SatAM - No surprise here. Great characters and story. I think we all know why we like this show so much.

2. AoStH - Just like SatAM, I grew up with this show so it's got a special place for me. I love the random moments in there, and I think it's a solid cartoon.

3. Sonic Underground - I'm a sucker for a good story, and while it was a little odd, I thought that as the series went on it was getting better and better. I liked having the SatAM-style Robotnik back (at least somewhat), and I thought some of the songs were actually pretty decent. The voice actor for Knuckles seemed very off though, and I thought it was pretty cool how Jaleel did the voices for all three hedgehogs... even if Sonia sounded a bit... odd.

The Christmas Special was odd, but I liked it. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed like they had to really rush the last 4 or 5 minutes to make sure they got a proper ending.

Saw Night of the Werehog once a while back, and I can't really remember a lot about it, just that I thought it was pretty good.

I'm really not a fan of anime, but I thought the OVA was decent. I would have loved to see it with more of a SatAm-style though.

I've tried to watch Sonic X, but I just can't get in to it. To me, it doesn't feel like Sonic the Hedgehog at all... just an anime that happens to have Sonic as it's main character. That goes for both the American and Japanese versions. Remember, there is not a lot of anime that I actually like, so I'm sure that is playing a part.

Sonic X, Sonic X.... My god will 4kids TV ever take that out of air here?

Check out this guy from youtube give his review on Sonic X:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6fXOhLC3F0

Also, I'm glad the anime fans shows their votes of what Sonic X is truly... So-So. Well, the voters give it a decent rating, click on details in user ratings:
http://www.animenews...ime.php?id=2266

Oh bad news... TV.com gives Sonic X an 8.4:
http://www.tv.com/shows/sonic-x/ What is going here in america?

And Sonic SatAM got a 8.3?!!: http://www.tv.com/sh...c-the-hedgehog/ So... Sonic X is one time better then SatAM? And why is there a Sonic X image character in there?!! What's with TV.com these days? My god...

Oh and one more thing, if there's any members of imdb.com... check this out: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106140/ maybe if most of u SatAM could give it a 1o rating and maybe the rating number will go up.
