@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 11:25 AM)

Also I still have to figure out how to set up our e-mail accounts on the new host.

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 08:19 AM)

As soon as I figure out how to restore it. Sorry, I know I said it'd be done by now, but I didn't expect to have to put up with this DNS crap and other issues that popped up.

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

So when's the black theme coming back??

@  Uncle Ben : (24 July 2015 - 07:56 AM)

"Should"

@  furrykef : (24 July 2015 - 07:27 AM)

That DNS took longer to propagate properly than I thought it would. *Now* we should be back for good, though.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:48 PM)

Or it might be because Bluehost *finally* got around to that server wipe (one week after we'd asked for it) and that wiped out our DNS settings. I'm not sure which and I don't really care. In any case, we've severed our last ties with Bluehost, so this will not happen again.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 08:08 PM)

Looks like Bluehost yanked our DNS since our hosting account expired. That's why the site went down a while ago. But as you can see, it's fixed now.

@  Misk : (23 July 2015 - 04:55 PM)

No, they do not.

@  furrykef : (23 July 2015 - 04:27 AM)

The goggles do nothing?

@  Misk : (22 July 2015 - 05:50 PM)

My eyes.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 12:24 PM)

Looks like forum uploads might have been broken since last night. That should be fixed now too.

@  furrykef : (22 July 2015 - 01:33 AM)

Heh, whoops! Server went down for a few mins when I borked the config. Looks like it's back up now.

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 09:09 PM)

It looked like a napkin

@  ILOVEVHS : (21 July 2015 - 09:04 PM)

Fan-fuckin-tastic.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:25 PM)

As for the beaver picture while the forum was down, I think Tim drew it. On a napkin.

@  furrykef : (21 July 2015 - 08:24 PM)

No kiddin' about that "Finally!", Shadow. I am *so mad* at Bluehost for never responding to our support ticket. I submitted it early Friday morning and they *still* haven't answered it!

@  Uncle Ben : (21 July 2015 - 06:37 PM)

Maybe he did that himself

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:25 PM)

Say, who made the cute picture of Beaver Chief?

@  Shadow : (21 July 2015 - 05:24 PM)

Finally!

@  RedMenace : (21 July 2015 - 05:02 PM)

Woooo! The site's back up! Three cheers for Kef!

Before I'd write something, I don't want to be rude or anything, so forgive me to said this:

Do you fans believe that it's the time to bring Sonic SatAM back on air?

Well... I don't think it'll come true. Besides, DiC Company don't make any kids animation shows no more. Because, right now, some people are into Anime (Like me), some Sonic Fans still watch this god-awful show: Sonic X, and Comedy Animation Shows that some people enjoy on CN. Well, that and Family Guy or anyother Adult Animation Shows. And I know you most of you fans believe that Sega of America will never release their idea to air a new Sonic Show based on SatAM. Maybe it's because it's not more based on the video games. WELL WHO CARES! If you're going to make a movie or tv series based on a real story video game, THEN IT'LL NEVER COME OUT GOOD!

Unless, if most of you work for Sega of America, Inc. first, I think they'll listen. I might will work for them, but, it'll never happend.

So... do you SatAM fans think it's the right time to air SatAM back on television? I'd would love to see the 3rd Season, but, I don't know if it's the right time by now.

I think I could be wrong. I don't know. <_<

It's never going to happen, at least not in the form SatAM fans would be happy with (massive Archie/SEGA influence).

We have Sea3on and I'm happy with that.

A new show will never be good because *tear* Ben Hurst is gone. I've also wanted to work for Sega of America but SoA has no influence over Sega as a whole. If you were able to make a new SatAm show or video game for Sega then SoJ would probably just pull the plug.

I'd actually like to see some of the Archie charecters in SatAm. The decent one's at least.

It's always time in my opinion to air the old seasons of SatAm but they should never make a new season unless some writers from the old SatAm make the episodes.

I would love to see Season 3 aired and continued from there. Even if they aired the reruns it could possibly spark an interest to hire a new team to write and produce a third season and move on from there. The only reason its not possible is because of the legal stuff with Sega. But if it were possible, I think a 3rd Season would be very cool. I wouldnt care which network it was on and which company now produced it. Does not have to be DiC. And as much as I do miss Ben, I do not think a show w/o Ben and his staff would fail. I am seeing great writing in Sea3on. Also when Robert and Francis did their fanfic they did an outstanding job (http://proforcefanfi...rbft/index.html) . I'd hire them as S3 writers. Point being that we have great talent out there that can continue the story, so if there was any possibility of putting the show back on air we should not pass it up because we think it wouldnt be as good as it was with the origional writers. I think Ben would roll over in his grave if we passed on an opportunity to bring the show back to life for a reason like that.

True. It would be a disgrace to Ben so I'm going to take what I said about it's never going to happen but I'm going to say that if the oppertunity arises I would want only the BEST writers for the job to do it. I wouldn't mind having the Sea3on writers make it.

In all honesty, we all know it'll never come about, but that doesn't mean we can't hope for it or imagine our own.

I'm with John...we've got sea3on and I'm happy with that. It's what I personally consider the continuation of the series.

Look-y what I found http://en.wikipedia....ehog_(TV_series)

At the bottom of the section about the canceled 3rd season, it says that Disney is going to continue SatAm, however there is no citation...

Have any of you guys read information elsewhere about this?

Feh, probably just some faggot trying to get our hopes us and then come out and say: "ololol I trolled you!" besides, I wouldn't let Disney anwhere near SatAM...unless maybe John Lasseter was behind it, and even then only maybe Cars 2 has shaken my faith in Pixar's future a bit...

Hey, cars 2 wasn't that bad...it wasn't great, no far from it, but it wasn't bad.
Yeah, Lasseter could probably make a good SatAm continuation...

Actually, i remember watching the "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" on Toon Disney a few years back. AND "Sonic X" was also featured on the night program, but the name of it has slipped my mind. But yeah, i remember watching those. It was actually kinda cool seeing Sonic on Disney.
Maybe they were going to put "Sonic the Hedgehog" on there, but decided not to...

I deleted that bit from the Wikipedia article. Without a citation it's probably just blatant lies.

WELL WHO CARES! If you're going to make a movie or tv series based on a real story video game, THEN IT'LL NEVER COME OUT GOOD!

BULLSHIT, you're a fucking ignorant if you think that. The Sonic X episodes that adapted the plots of the Sonic Adventure series were the show's only decent episodes, and while not a TV series, Sonic the Comic was based on the games' universe and was pretty good. Most people who read both Fleetway's and Archie's comics will tell you that StC was miles ahead of Archie's comics, despite the latter being based on the SatAM universe that everyone here loves so much, rather than the video games (At least during the beginning... in recent years, they introduced plenty of game elements, plots and characters, and guess what? It's generally agreed upon that these comics are better now than when they were based on SatAM).

A new show will never be good because *tear* Ben Hurst is gone. I've also wanted to work for Sega of America but SoA has no influence over Sega as a whole. If you were able to make a new SatAm show or video game for Sega then SoJ would probably just pull the plug.

It's not like SoA has any interest in SatAM anyway, seeing how they were originally displeased with the show and wanted the writers to stick closer to the games and seemed to prefer the awful AoStH (which, while it wasn't really faithful to the games either, it wasn't so blatant about it as SatAM). And while Sonic X-treme's plot was originally based on SatAM, the show's characters and elements were quickly dropped due to a lack of interest in them within SoA.
