Okay, I'm german. Born in münchen(you say munich), raised near berlin, came to u.s., loved it, learned english. I happen to like this country well. I start talking to people, and when I tell them where I'm from, they call me a "nazi" or a jew killing bastard. This angers me. I have heard friends of mine get insulted thisway. My friend, who is muslim, gets terrorized by his neighbors in the form of eggs, paintball guns, terrorist yells and shotgun shells. I have a christian black friend who is blamed for everything just because he's the only black in the house! Now, you people tell me that you think that's incredibly wrong. I just can't stand it!

This kind of behavior is horrific. If there's one thing I think is missing from the world it's respect. Respect for other races, religions, and everything. It's so terrible that so many are treated this way because of the actions of people years ago.

I seriously think(just opinion, guys) that Amerika is the racist(and predjudist) capital of the world, judging by what I've seen and heard, and they should cram a big mac in it and quiet the hate...all the racist org.s(cept terrorists and nazis, respectively)come from a.erika: KKK, Aryan Brotherhood, Black Panthers and the like. Though Amerika has done some good in the world, like the hot dog and the odd president Bush, they should be seen and not heard..
As for the taliban and al quaeda, send a message to your leaders and tell them its not worth the time.

I guess one of the reasons why America seems to have it worse than other countries is because there are more ethnic groups living in America than there are in most other countries. If you were to visit Japan you wouldn't see everyone hating on the black man because, well, there aren't that many (if any) black people in Japan. Japan is full of oriental Japanese people, and that's pretty much it. (Who knew?)

In America (most of North America, for that matter) you have Jews, Irish, Scottish, Blacks, Hispanics, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, Germans, British, and a whole boatload of other folks, trying to mingle with whatever a typical American is supposed to look like. Even then you have the Southern States hating the Northern States, and we've all forgotten there were Native American tribes living here before all of this happened!

Seriously, it's like somebody threw a party in the paying roommate's room, invited all of these people, and never cleaned up the mess for the person paying the bills for the place.

Well, maybe your country should do the good thing and make a bill against racist groups and hate events. Germany enacts nice little rules against such things as racist group assembly in public, and monitoring such groups is crucial within the staatzpolizei

You can't make a bill about racism. Racism is just freedom of speech. One man hating on the other (I hate Freaky SOOO MUCH). In my opinion (yeah my opinion bitch!) I think some countries, including Germany, are too over protective. Putting laws against hate groups and what not doesn't improve anything deep down, it just makes them become more radical and underground.

Point A:

In Canada and America (plus other countries) you say you hate that black man. Damn him and his lack of sunburn! I'm white, I'm obviously superior, and yet the sun hates on me so much! Clearly I must take out my pain on he who is black.

However because I am allowed to hate on that man I will come out and say it! I hate that black man!

Point B:

In countries such as Germany, or others who have strict laws against racism or hate groups you are forced underground. You can not openly say you hate that black man no matter how bad your sunburn is!

This is where you start to get your radicals involved.

The government isn't letting us hate the black man openly anymore! But my hate has not gone away! I am more angry! I will kill that black man now, start a underground movement preaching my hate, write a book, and become ruler of this country! I will show everyone that I am the master! The sun shall mock me no more!


Result of Point B:

Radical underground hate man starts a movement on killing blacks. A whole organization starts up while gaining the average person's sympathy. Hate man now becomes a freedom fighter against the evils of the non sun burnt people!

Simply put my point is while I do not agree with hate groups I do not believe in making them fully illegal. You take something like that away fully it just comes back to bite you in the ass even more. My opinion on why Germany did it is all post WW2 shit. Government freaking out going "see, we love everyone! WW2 never happened? Jews? Our best friend!!" Its funny to see what governments do after events such as those. Sometimes they just go extreme in other ways.

Now I'm not racist, I'm just pointing out the flaws of banning and ignoring everything. If you look throughout history it will eventually come to bite you in the ass. Banning hate groups doesn't end the problem, it just hides it. At least with those hate groups not banned we know who the idiot ass holes are.

Well, the Vaterland does stretch a little, and now we have neo nazis. When I was younger, a historic block of berlin was taken by one such group, and the staatzpolizei had to run in eyefiring, which is very inaccurate: no targeting, no acog, just blind bullets. 3 of the neo nazis suicided, 5 died, and 2 civilians were injured. So big whoop for the police. In Germany, shoot before they do. In America, thunder or they will fire on you.

The most they can do is restrict where they can make noise (see: Westboro Baptist church). The USA has a little inconvenience called the First Amendment that prevents them doing what you said.

Freedom of speech is far too subjective to pass laws that are good for everyone. One man's freedom is another man's oppression, and vice versa. The best you can do is ignore the insults from people who probably don't know history beyond what they see in movies.

Germany is horribly overprotective. Media censorship (films, games, etc.) there is beyond ridiculous. They are at the other extreme end of the scale.

It's really Columbus's fault... He kicked off the european invasion and they brought in their subjugated people and proceeded to try to subjugate and genocide us, as well... And now, "Native American" is hardly ever even included in the list of minorities... That hurts more than any stereotype... And the really sad part is that the illegals get better treatment than we do... The US government still has a system in place to thoroughly screw us. If, for example, I were to inherit what's supposed to be an acre of land, it would actually be a bunch of little 1-inch squares scattered throughout the continental US. Most of which would probly be paved over, or underwater. And there's no way to consolidate that into anything meaningful. And I'd get taxed for it as an acre of land, plus taxes for owning land outside of the sate that I reside in. I can't sell it to anyone other then the government, who'll pay about .0001% of its value... And just look at what they've done to my tribe's ancestral lands, now known as Florida and Georgia... DAMN YOU, WHITE PEOPLE!!!!! Also: GET OFF OUR LAND, YOU THIEVING BASTARDS!!!!!

In all fairness I hate this race thing too. The past is the past, it sucks but we need to get over it. Yes, natives were treated badly, shitty. But I wasn't the one who did that. Just like how reedrevaliateran wasn't the one who killed the Jews. Its all past stuff.

In all fairness I hate the payouts we give the natives up here. I think its bullshit. Just like the reserves now, and how we keep making treaty's to be at peace with them and yadda yadda. Funny how all that money we give them does absolutely no good in the long run. They still live on the reserve in poverty, rotting houses and so on.

Its kinda funny. I live in a town with a large native population and a large reserve just out North. I also have a lot of native friends. Those natives who are doing well right now, have good jobs, good education etc all tell me the same thing. The only way to fix the problem is to stop supporting them. Get them to stand on their own two feet for the first time in generations and stop giving them everything. Thats the only way that the problems up here can be fixed. And thats not just my belief, but natives who got out of that shit system.

I'm all for preserving culture. I'm fascinated with the stuff myself. But living in rotting houses, not working, eating junk food, and waiting on the government cheque each month isn't helping the culture one bit.

I understand shit got screwed up when the Europeans came over here, but doing what we are doing now isn't helping it. I do not want to see my tax dollars go towards that bullshit any more. Its just like going after a guys great great great grand kids because he murdered your great great grandfather. Its dumb, its idiotic, and tossing random money at the problem isn't about to fix anything.


I'm not racist, I'm just sick of being blamed for some bull shit that happened in the past. I was born on this land, this land is mine, just as it is theirs.. I want to share it properly, I want to fix the fucking problem, and the best way to do that is to stop feeding random money, stop the fucking treaties, and live as equals while still preserving their culture. Hell its possible, my family is Scottish, we have Scottish culture. Think I live anywhere near Scotland? No.


Now saying all of this there are some things that I do think are right. Example the residential school payout. Now a lot of those people are still alive and that was a total dick move on the government's behalf. But whole we are at that.. Why not have the Roman Catholics pay out instead of the tax payers? I mean.. It was their system. Kinda feel ripped off that I'm paying it and the church isn't. But hey.. I do agree that they deserve something there.


Again I'm no racist.. I have a ton of native friends. But guess what? Wasn't my fault shit in the past went down (Hell, my family wasn't even here yet.. We are new bloods). Id like to stop tossing random money into something that doesn't work. You know..maybe put my tax money into better programs that can benefit us all.

I would love to just be equal with everyone... Just.. That's not going to happen any time soon sadly. Not in our word. For some dumb reason race means way too much.

Australia has stupid levels of censorship as well, and we often get compared to Germany, which is why I'm familiar with it. However we don't really come close most of the time. I will never forget what Germany did to Soldier of Fortune 2!
